Anna Orman, MD
Always see patients timely. Personnel are friendly and reflect competence. Dr Orman is engaging and gives simple explanations. Takes necessary time. Is just NICE, as are all staff there.

We have never been to the office but had a video appointment with W. Fowler PA. He was wonderful. Very nice and handled all of our questions with kindness and professionalism. He took care of everything.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF, SCHEDULERS AND WAIT TIME IS PERFECT. EVERYONE IN THE FRONT IS ON THEIR GAME.
DOUG IS EXCELLENT AN PA. HE IS ATTENTIVE TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND KNOWS WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE HE KNOWS YOUR HISTORY BEFORE YOU COME IN.
ON THE DAY I CAME IN HE WAS TRAINING A STUDENT PA. HE WAS PATIENT AND CARING AND TREATED HER WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT. I WAS IMPRESSED. WISH HE WAS MY DOCTOR, BUT THE DOCTORS SHOULD BE HAPPY HE'S THEIR PA.

Staff is efficient and personable. Dr. Chiribau is excellent and listened to my concerns and ordered test on consideration of certain results from bloodwork. She took time to go over results and ran overtime because I am a new patient.

Baptist Agewell staff, from the front desk to the providers, treat you with respect and the utmost care. I also like that the waiting room is hardly every crowded and barely has 1-2 other patients there at a time. I also now appreciate why we're asked to arrive 30 minutes early. They don't leave you sit there until your assigned appointment time. They get you back and take care of your vitals and records to help keep the docs and ARNP on track.

I needed an appointment for a prolonged cough and within 24 hours I was inside being tested for covid, virus a and b, checked for pneumonia . I had the doctor review how I was attacking the problem, review recent blood work, prescribe antibiotics and cough medicine to hopefully cure the problem . Within 24 hours of my call I was on my way home with a plan for a cure.
