Reasonable waiting time. Very kind and patient drs assistants. The office manager always asks if I want water and remembers to open the bottle for me. And finally Dr. Chiribau: she listens to me carefully and takes my complicated issues seriously. She has a varied and searching attitude toward looking for solutions. She is kind and patient.

Dr [last name] is wonderful! She listens. She cares. She spends so much time with you, as does Doug , the p.a. Each time I have been there, they have spent close to 45 minutes with me.
I’ve never felt rushed or that my time was up. The nursing staff is great too. I am soooo happy that I made the move to age well. I can’t say enough good things about it.

I like how attentive and concerned the office and medical staff are at Baptist AgeWell. They listen and don't rush you in any way. They really do a great job to get you well using what you tell them is the problem combined with their own diagnosis on the best way going forward.

The people are the greatest asset at my Agewell office! The office staff, the medical assistants and major praise for Dr Orman. I always feel welcomed and cared for. Dr Orman always takes her time and never have I felt like she was in a hurry. She's always thorough and I feel like she cares. Last year I switched my medicare advantage plan. This increased my social security check by about $170 a month. I later found out Agewell did not accept that plan. I switched back as soon as it was an option. It's well worth it.
