Loved, loved, loved Douglas. Great communication skills and really liked the fact that he had a student from Nova with him. He even invited back if Downtown wasn't available.

Not our normal office, but was offered for a video visit. Handled quickly and efficiently. After test results were received also was called to be informed of the analysis and the next steps to be taken.

Baptist Agewell staff, from the front desk to the providers, treat you with respect and the utmost care. I also like that the waiting room is hardly every crowded and barely has 1-2 other patients there at a time. I also now appreciate why we're asked to arrive 30 minutes early. They don't leave you sit there until your assigned appointment time. They get you back and take care of your vitals and records to help keep the docs and ARNP on track.

I'm always greeted by a friendly office staff when I enter, the facility is clean and inviting, and the nurses, PA, and Doctors listen and are attentive to my needs. I am always confident in the care I receive.

I needed an appointment for a prolonged cough and within 24 hours I was inside being tested for covid, virus a and b, checked for pneumonia . I had the doctor review how I was attacking the problem, review recent blood work, prescribe antibiotics and cough medicine to hopefully cure the problem . Within 24 hours of my call I was on my way home with a plan for a cure.

I Love Dr [last name] and I highly recommend her for anyone who is tired of hearing, you only have that pain because you're getting older. From the front desk to check out each person is kind and caring. You have to be at your appointment 1/2 hour prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork and so they can see you on time. They also schedule you to spend at least a 1/2 hour with Dr [last name]. She is thorough, spends her time listening to you and asking questions and if needed has always given me great referrals. And when I need her to, she will follow up with me as to what the referred doctor said. I love that she is for my senior age group, she Never says, "oh well it's expected, you're getting older. She digs deep to find a solution for you. I had sciatica for years, went to different pain doctors, shots, even had an implant, nothing helped. She sent me to Direct Orthopedic Physical Therapy and in no time with the exercise plan they gave me, my sciatica was gone. When I was sick, either Dr [last name] or Anne Yates, APRN have always been able to see me and help me get better quickly. As I said I highly recommend Dr [last name].
