Everyone in the office was very efficient, professional, kind and attended to my every question. I had a list of questions. Also, my appointment was handled in a very timely manner. This pleased me since I had multiple tests to be completed.

My visit with Dr. Giorando was, once again, very informative. She take the time to explain exactly how and what is going with your eyes. I feel very relaxed and informed once our visit has ended.

Dr G is an amazing doctor. My journey with dry eye disease was long and painful. When first diagnosed, she was emphatic on what I needed to do to get back to normal vision. She didn’t sugar coat it either. It was dire and if I didn’t do exactly what she told me to do, I would never be in contact lenses again and could permanently damage my eyes. It was a very long process and I did everything she told me to do and less than a year later, the dry eye disease was manageable. She sees me every six months and at times, the disease regresses but we go hard once again with all the remedies and I always get back to a good place with my eyes. She is very thorough, takes her time in explaining things to me and she literally saved my vision and for that, I’m eternally grateful!

I sought a second opinion from Dr. Ford so about a diagnosis I received recently. She took a good history and then did a thorough examination of my eyes. She explained the diagnosis to me and treatment options, and answered all my questions. She was friendly, professional, courteous and very helpful.
