The staff was great except for the lady working in eyeglass selection. She made me feel like I was a burden to her when I asked her to please clean and straighten my frames. And then , she returned my glasses smudged. I felt she could ne more friendly and that she really cared about the customer

Good visit as usual. Technician was very professional and friendly. All my questions were answered in terms that I could understand. Don't know of anyting that could have been done better.

Amazing how i couldn't see hardly anything clear with out glasses and now everything pops and is very clear less than a day after surgery

I've been going to this practice since the 90's, it has always been a pleasant experience. Dr. Seidenberg is awesome and so is Dr.Smearman. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!!!!!!

Except for the two-hour long experience, everything went very well. All new measurements were taken by a competent staff of technicians. The final result is that there were no changes to my eyes and I am very pleased.

Dr Seidenberg explained my procedure so that I knew what was going to take place and made me feel comfortable. His staff was professional and helpful with questions and information leading up to my procedure.
Communication from his office via email text and calls where helpful with scheduling everything.
I would recommend his practice and already have.
