Vipin Khetarpal, M.D.
Actually sat down and talked about health, meds, results of tests, plans for future appointments. He was wonderful.

Vipin,excellent! The hospital not to good, issues in ER and doctor filling in for Vipin, staff after surgery/ recovery left me set in hallway. I had to walk into my own room and pick a bed!! Vipin has been great to work with!

Doctor was friendly and very helpful but the delay seemed unreasonable. My father had an11:30 appointment but it was 12:45 before we saw the doctor. An assistant showed us to an exam room about 20+ minutes after the scheduled appointment time and took vitals, verified prescriptions, etc. As she was leaving the exam room, she advised us that it would be another 45 minutes before we would see the physician. Because of the delay we had to reschedule an existing appointment with occupational therapy.

He is gentle and kind. Unfortunately he is extremely busy and we understand he is only in his office one day a week, the rest of the week he is at the hospital. I feel sorry for him to be so terribly busy but I surely don’t know what can be done about it.

He is the doctor to see. Dr. Khetarpals has fantastic bedside manners when I was in the hospital. Listening to Dr. Khetarpal has me eating well to where I loss close to 100 lbs. Heart is back to normal the test showed him.

It is very difficult to reach a scheduler to make or change an appointment. I called two different days. Left messages both times. Never received a call back! T hi s is very annoying.

The receptionist accidentally cancelled my appointment (she got the time wrong) which created delays and trepidation at check in and a long wait for the Dr.
