He is gentle and kind. Unfortunately he is extremely busy and we understand he is only in his office one day a week, the rest of the week he is at the hospital. I feel sorry for him to be so terribly busy but I surely don’t know what can be done about it.

He is the doctor to see. Dr. Khetarpals has fantastic bedside manners when I was in the hospital. Listening to Dr. Khetarpal has me eating well to where I loss close to 100 lbs. Heart is back to normal the test showed him.

It is very difficult to reach a scheduler to make or change an appointment. I called two different days. Left messages both times. Never received a call back! T hi s is very annoying.

The receptionist accidentally cancelled my appointment (she got the time wrong) which created delays and trepidation at check in and a long wait for the Dr.

Bipod is great once you get to see him but always have to wait for him to come in. My appointment was at 1:15 his nurse called me back to room right away but had to wait in the room until 2:00 for him to come in and talk to me.

I started with Dr ketterpal in [year]. I had left the doctor that I didn't feel was doing the right thing or listening to me and after 5 minutes of talking to him I trusted him 100%. He explains things in a way that you can understand and I feel that I am in the best hands I possibly can be. If anyone I knew needed a heart specialist I would recommend him 100%. As far as I am concerned he is the best there is.
