Dr. Khetarpal, is a caring physician, and takes the time to answer my questions. He will explain your diagnosis, and what the next step is. He is thorough.

Dr. Khetarpal is the greatest, period! He brought me through this process to get my heart functioning properly, and always had answers to my questions that are easily understood.

He is a very good doctor but overbooked. I waited 2 1/2 hours in the waiting area before I saw the doctor. The scheduling department needs to do something different.

Dr. Khetarpal is a very knowledgeable, kind and mild mannered man. I recommended him to my partner. He was going to Dr. Sha'rif who had passed away and he had no one to go to. He likes him too.

He is gentle and kind but maybe doesnāt explain as much as he should. Most of the time he isnāt on time with his appointments. He probably should be in his office more than one day a week.

MA was great. Doctor took forever to get to me. Didn't listen to me about my concerns about the current medical issue!!!

The wait to see Dr. Kheterpal for a scheduled appointment was unacceptable. Appointment scheduled for 0945 and asked to come at 0930. Was there at 0930. Called back by MMA at 0950 and spent 20 minutes with her. Dr. Kheterpal did not show up until 1100 and then spent less than 5 minutes with me for a cost of $180! I am in good cardiac condition so doesnt surprise me since he was running quite a bit behind schedule! Dr. Kheterpal is a wonderful physician and takes great care of his patients who truly need his expertise.
