He is gentle and kind but maybe doesn’t explain as much as he should. Most of the time he isn’t on time with his appointments. He probably should be in his office more than one day a week.

The Dr. always listens and does't make decisions without giving serious thought. He also orders tests needed to assist his final treatment plan.

Very good, sometimes wish the whole process went a little bit faster. I'm just getting cabin fever. Need to get better. Hemoglobin is dropping.

Dr. Fattal is very matter of fact and explains situations well to understand. He has great “bedside manner” and made me feel comfortable.

The wait to see Dr. Kheterpal for a scheduled appointment was unacceptable. Appointment scheduled for 0945 and asked to come at 0930. Was there at 0930. Called back by MMA at 0950 and spent 20 minutes with her. Dr. Kheterpal did not show up until 1100 and then spent less than 5 minutes with me for a cost of $180! I am in good cardiac condition so doesnt surprise me since he was running quite a bit behind schedule! Dr. Kheterpal is a wonderful physician and takes great care of his patients who truly need his expertise.

I’ve had Dr. Khetarpal for many years, and always consider him a very knowledgeable and thorough doctor! I would recommend him and his staff to anyone that was in need
