I visited this facility for the first time recently. I was treated respectfully & with kindness. I felt that Dr. Khetarpal was genuinely concerned about my care. The staff was also very thorough and respectful, along with being kind.

Everyone on the staff that I dealt with was friendly and helpful. It was my first time to this Owosso office. They made me feel at ease. It was a good experience. Looking forward to my next visit in six months.

Dr. Khetarpal has always been very good to work with, But there were times I had to call his office and no one returned my call. I know he is very busy, but almost always the staff did nothing to help me. Toward the last period, i was having problems and it seemed it was falling on deaf ears. Why?

I only had one visit but once I finally saw him, all aren’t well. They have to stop blaming the new system change over for not sticking to appointment tines. I waited over an hour. In such situations, you can plan doing things manually as a backup.

Dr. Kheterpal is an amazing cardiologist who has always given superb help to me and other members of my family. I am deeply grateful for his expertise, caring and guidance. I feel so lucky to have him as my cardiologist.

Dr Ketarpal is excellent BUT,the time sitting there is ridiculous. My appointment was at 2:45 & I sat in that little room for one hour & 10 min----- absolutely ridiculous

Each of these doctors have provided [Name] with the best care, showing concern and compassion each time, and explaining to the fullest what care and maintenance they will add to his daily regimen. I always let people know that [Name] is a patient of MCVI and the doctors ( and staff) are the best!
