My visits with doctor have been excellen, office staff don't follow up well...

It is a long wait after you arrive before you actually see the doctor. Sometimes about 1 3/4 hours. He doesn’t want to answer questions he feels the general practitioner should answer even though we felt the problems were heart related. He is kind.

Dr is great & will help you get what ever's wrong straightened out. He was wonderful to me when I was in St Mary's. That's when he became my Dr. I couldn't have asked for a better Dr.

That dr K is excellent and his 2 nurses are awesome. Only complain was I waited for about 45 minutes almost 50 in the waiting room and then I waited 15 min back in the patient room. Dr Khetarpal apologize for the wait twice. His nurses talk to me for quite a while did the EKG and they were really great. They deserve a raise.

[NAME] has been a patient of Dr Fattal for some time and has always re ie ed nothing but the best of care from him. Dr Fattal always takes time to listen to this [AGE] year old man, explains everything to him (myself & husband) in layman terms, and is always nothing but pleasant and caring. The staff are also very friendly, helpful, and considerate. Great group of people!

If the Dr. is running over 30 mins behind; a courtesy call would be nice. My last appointment I drove an hour and then was told he was an hour to an hour and half behind. I could have left work later or changes my appointment, if necessary; however, I was expected to wait.
