My appointment was made for me without contacting me which is ok but it interfered with my work schedule and I was not expecting it until I received the reminder two days before appointment. Would have been nice to give my boss more heads up for planning

He’s thorough. He actually listens to your concerns. He takes the time to answer your questions. He’s very caring and kind. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good cardiologist. Only drawback is trying to get in to see him in a timely manner.

Dr is excellent but had problems making an appointment no one was ever available to take my call and I would leave a message with my phone number and name and they wouldn't get back with me it took 3 months of leaving a message before I got a call back so I could get an appointment then they ask if I have ever been there before after being a patient for a number years. Planning on finding another Cadiologist cause I don't feel like they care not the Dr but the receptionist.

Dr. Anwar was absolutely wonderful, and I cannot say enough kind things about him. Even though my testing ultimately showed that my heart was healthy, he took my symptoms seriously and made sure we thoroughly ruled out any underlying heart issues. He ordered the appropriate tests, explained each one in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. He truly listened to me, welcomed my questions, and treated me like a person rather than just another patient. At my final appointment, he even told me that if I ever had concerns in the future, I should please come back and see him. That meant so much to me. Dr. Anwar is not only an excellent cardiologist, but a genuinely kind and compassionate person. I am incredibly grateful for the care he gave me and would highly recommend him.

I would not recommend because my appointment was scheduled for 1000 am and I was seen at 1150. The doctor which I saw the first time was done with me in less then 10 minutes. I felt I wasted my time.

I loved Dr Chen. I didn’t like the fact that I have to download my own test orders as I am not good on the computer! Not sure how I will get them. No one has called back with appointments as the lady as the desk said she would.

Only see him if you have time. My appointment took 2 hours to complete. Not because of other patients. After the first hour, I opened the door to inquire if I had the wrong day. He was laughing and joking with the office staff. After the second hour waiting I was ready to cancel and try another day. Then he was willing to see me. But no physical appt., just said he would go by the pacemaker read.

He didn't listen to me. I have an incredibly long, winding medical record. I know sometimes doctors don't have the time to peruse the whole thing. But, every doctor should have the time to listen to their patient.
