Excellent doctor in assessing my needs and providing services which have improved my quality of life. Highly competent staff in terms of prescription maintenance, scheduling and follow ups. Dr. Kassas, his nurse and staff were very kind and helpful. Dr. Kassas explained the answers to some of my questions and referred me directly to an electrophysiologist in their practice. I am trusting the process. While I know, I have a pacemaker, I felt that there was more involved with my heart and the effusion than just the pacemaker, but this is why I say that I have to trust that perhaps the EP may have some feedback on the reason for my pericardial Effusion

Never had to wait in waiting room but a few minutes. Nurse who took care of me was excellent. Didn't have to wait for doctor to come in room to take care of me.

Dr Ketterpal is great. His office help is not. Takes a month for a call for results. Never get calls back when they say they are calling. The last person was very disrespectful because I brought up not being called. Made it known she was just filling in and today was today. Didn’t want to hear about not being called back. You can have a great doctor which he is but if you don’t have the caring staff can ruin that dr practice
