I sent her a message today, explaining how here efforts are very appreciative. How her understanding and tactfulness are very important. For me the way she speaks to me and offers advice, not judgement means a GREAT deal to me!! I also said had she taking a different approach, one of guilt or shame, she would have been met with push back and resentment! She does NONE of that! The results from her efforts for my better health have been noticeable and Brooke has given me compliments to that very effect, which as a patient is an incredible feeling!!! I applaud her as a care physician and all her efforts in MY health!

This was my first visit with Raven and she made me feel very comfortable. I was very happy that Raven was concerned about my upcoming surgery and took time to discuss it with me. She did a pre op exam and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate that I did not feel like she was rushing me to get to another patient.
