We had a good exchange about understanding his vocal accent. His accent was no problem for me.

Very pleased with professionalism and willingness to listen and explain.

He didn't rush through the appointment. He was patient with me asking to repeat things. He answered my questions but sometimes gave explanations using medical abbreviations I didn't know, causing me to ask what it is. He was friendly and made some small talk about his birth country.

I’ve had this problem for more than five years and have seen a few gastroenterologists. All had the same test results, symptoms, etc., but Dr Hrad was the first to pinpoint and address my symptoms.
He listens and approaches patients with a fresh perspective.
More than happy to have been referred to him.
