We are so grateful and appreciative of having Dr. hare be in charge of our child's eye plan over the past four years. She is always clear with us and our child with what needs to be done.

She took time to find out why my problem wasn’t solved. Told me what the problem was so that it could be rectified. She seemed concerned about finding the cause of the problem.

My child expressed some fears about her changing vision and Dr. Hare tried to reassure her but she spoke quickly and in a tone of voice that conveyed irritation. My child picked up on this and rather than being reassured was uncomfortable and thought Dr. Hare was upset with her. We're all imperfect and all previous experiences with Dr. Hare have been very positive. I hope it was just a rare circumstance.
