Dr. Wagner has always been very professional, and takes time to explain everything in a way that's understandable by someone who is NOT a retinal specialist. He's courteous and friendly, which puts patients at ease right away.

The thing I respect and appreciate the most about Doctor Wagner is he takes his time to make sure I understand his explanation of our course of action going forward about my eyes. He never makes me feel that he doesn't have time for me.
