Dr. Wagner is gentle and very kind. Cares about what is going on within the affected eye. Told me to call/return if eye does not improve. Genuine concern.

The thing I respect and appreciate the most about Doctor Wagner is he takes his time to make sure I understand his explanation of our course of action going forward about my eyes. He never makes me feel that he doesn't have time for me.
