She was very attentive, listened to my explanation of symptoms, courteous, professional and provided great explanation of source of pain and what triggered it. Three ER Dr’s on two visits did not have an explanation of what might have triggered or caused the left shoulder pain.

Dr. Otto when in great detail of what I had going on. Never felt like he was rushing out the door. In my opinion took extra time to make sure I was informed and able to make a good decision on my treatment process. Just a nice guy.

Kevin was a little low key in delivery, but seemed really knowledgeable about what I needed for care. He also was good about answering my follow-up questions. I also like that he gave me options about my care.

If you need Ortho services, just have a conversation with her, she's pretty darn good, my primary asked me if I needed a referral for a Ortho Dr. I said oh no, I'm seeing Dr K Burns, and she says " you're in excellent hands" So yes, I feel safe. Thanks you
