Dr Sweeney included me on the final decision of healing with a conservative approach and or surgery. He explained everything in detail, which made my final decision easy. And he went over in detail any restrictions, exercises etc. I left knowing my plan of care in detail. No questions left unanswered, which I appreciate.

I have to smile because it’s clear to me Dr. Sweeney is passionate about repairing shoulders. And he is very clear in explaining the surgery process, the replacement material, and also the physiological aspects of recovery, etc. He would be a great teacher. Very personable and good at giving specific points of self-help (therapeutic exercises for at home).

I first met Dr Sweeney when I was in the hospital. From the very first moment I met him, I felt comfortable with him and he answered all of my questions. He communicated well with me and my family during and after surgery. He’s got a great personality and a wonderful smile.

Dr Sweeney was very thorough. He took his time with this first visit. He showed me my X-rays, explained things in detail and included me in the decision making process. From the very beginning, I felt relaxed and confident that Dr Sweeney was just who I needed.

Very knowledgeable, very nice,polite and makes you feel comfortable no matter your situation. Great surgeon as well! Came to him for 2nd opinion and is attempting to fix my issues when no one else wanted to touch my shoulder! Excellent care,great surgeon and very friendly!
