I fractured my shoulder on vacation and brought back the x-ray and information on the disk which was requested by the doctors office when I made the appointment. The nurse didn’t want the disk when the Dr M Magoline came in and I offered him the disk. He did not even take it to look at it. I assumed he had looked at the x-rays they just took which I understand but it been over two weeks. I would’ve thought he’d want to see if there’s any improvement. He basically dismissed anything that the orthopedic doctor told me in Florida and set me up for Physical Therapy I know for him he probably felt this was the way to go but from what I told him that the Orthopedic told me on my vacation I felt he really dismissed everything they did and any of my questions. I was very disappointed. It was a five minute meeting with the doctor on an injury. I’ve never had before I walked out feeling like there’s no real concern. Never showed me my x-ray taken that day never asked to look at the one from Florida. Very poor people skills

If someone is looking for a knee or shoulder surgeon, I would recommend them to Dr. Mike Magoline. I have already had one surgery done by him and am satisfied with the results.

Just overall dissatisfied with his continued treatment of my condition. Not being listened to and not getting any relief. Time to find a new provider.
