Went in for a followup blood test but was told I could not get it that day and had to make appt. Was told I was due for a follow up appointment with dr. Miller that I was not advised of or aware of. Also my charges were not sent thru insurance and i am being charged for the services with no explanation as to why they weren't sent thru insurance. We live 50 miles from dr. so we had to make two trips for a blood test.

I chose Dr. Hughes because of her specialty and found that she is an outstanding person in terms of compassionate care, human consideration, and active listening and understanding of my needs, preferences, and fears. Her enthusiasm for her profession is refreshing and gives me a lot of confidence in her ability to take care of my medical needs

I appreciated her pleasant demeanor, her taking the time to explain things both related to health as well as to things such as the Medicare check list. She was also affirming of my present health, which as a 76 year old was great. Thank you and SSM for finding her and the rest of the staff that is a support to her.
