Working in healthcare myself, I try to be understanding and patient. However, the amount of time we had to wait to be seen was unacceptable. It would have been nice to have a little more transparency in the amount of time we were going to have to wait so that we maybe could have left the office to get lunch or explore instead of trying to to wrangle a restless toddler in a small exam room or waiting room. I don’t know if we truly did just catch them on a bad day but I am very hesitant to book another appointment with them in the future.

I have always appreciated Dr Skouby’s approach to treating my son. I wouldn’t consider leaving unless Dr suddenly packed up and left… then I would make great attempts to follow!

Dr. Soora was wonderful. Truly I appreciated talking with her more than any other part of my experiences at SSM. She answered my questions. She laid out least invasive to most invasive possible solutions. She laid out next steps regardless of the solution we decide upon to help us both get a better picture. She was very kind and eased my nerves a lot.

I can’t thank Dr. Fahey enough for being so wonderful! The level of care she provides is amazing. She has even called after business hours or on the weekend to follow up on my child’s conditions. I truly appreciate the time and care she puts into helping us.
