I needed a new ENT stat. In the middle of a long intensive treatment, my prior ENT became ill. Dr. Sanford 's staff listed to my story when I called and got me in immediately. He actually listened to what I had to say, made a plan and special arrangements for my treatment. I appreciated his kindness.
