Leslie was great. However better signage or at least an overview of the floor plan indicating where different departments are located would be great. I had to ask 2 different people where audiology was. Even once I found the desk to check-in I didn't know if I was in the correct place, as there was nothing to indicate the audiology department was there.

Jen is kind and caring when taking care of my hearing. I'm always certain that if there is a problem with it she will be able to fix it. She is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions concerning my hearing.

This was my first time seeing McKenzie. My former audiologist retired and McKenzie was recommended by Dean staff. I was impressed with her knowledge and she was very respectful.
