Jen is kind and caring when taking care of my hearing. I'm always certain that if there is a problem with it she will be able to fix it. She is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions concerning my hearing.

This was my first time seeing McKenzie. My former audiologist retired and McKenzie was recommended by Dean staff. I was impressed with her knowledge and she was very respectful.

Ms. Benz has been so helpful in the entire process of me becoming adjusted to using hearing aids for the first time ! Before I saw her about getting hearing aids, I had a great deal of fear about it all, however, she put me at ease because it was obvious that she had so much knowledge and was so caring in all her interactions with me.
