Michael, audiologist was very helpful. My left aid needed an adjustment in decimal sound which he did, another issue was addressed that he noticed, Again the left was beeping and evan though was in chargin g mode it woulnt hold, My aids are under warranty, he asked me to document any noticable issues, which I am doing and forward to him in My Chart. I will be seeing him soon. No issues with the right device. Michael is great, Thank you.
