I had not been seen by an E N T doctor in a long time. Doctor Carter is vey knowledgeable and extremely caring. She gives you information that you don’t even know you need sometimes. When I told her I had an issue with something. She gave me some very good advice, which was extremely helpful. I would recommend her to anyone and her staff.

She cleaned up my MyChart and asked follow up about what was on there and why. She asked detailed about why I why I seeing her and went through my test results thoroughly. She examined me and asked what I was doing to help alleviate the symptoms. She offered her diagnosis and ways to approach it from different angles. Not just meds-which I appreciated. We’re doing a follow up so I can get allergy tested and start allergy shots. Yeah, I can build up my immunity system! Dr. Carter was a refreshing surprise!

She was a few minutes late for something beyond her control. She offered a heart felt apology which I appreciated very much. That’s a level of respect I generally don’t see in the medical community. Very knowledgeable and I know I received great care.
