She was so kind, caring and helpful in helping me decide on a hearing aid, and then in making sure I was comfortable with it and answered my every question when I returned for the fitting(which this appt was for).

Dr. Eggebrecht goes above and beyond, she demonstrates going trh extra mile to insure I understand, explores alternative options and as many times as I share feedback or express concerns, she is open, welcoming, interested and invested in a resolution. e.g. making calls or doing research to find answers and ALWAYS gets back to me in a timely manner. She is outstanding!!!!!!
