Extremely satisfied. Doctor is caring, considerate of my emotional need and physical limitations after a stroke and cancer. I think she has or has developed a very good team with whom she coordinates very well.

Dr. Prasad is everything a Doctor should be and more! Smart, professional, empathetic, exceptional communicator and he listens very carefully to patient concerns. Additionally, he responds almost immediately when contacted. The best Doctor I have ever had!

Dr Behl is a wonderful physician. He is attentive to detail, caring, and shares his thoughts readily with me. He pays attention to things we discussed each time we meet, and I couldn't ask for anything more. I would recommend him highly!

Dr. Choi is a great doctor and one of the few left who listens, is patient, and includes your input, concerns, and thoughts. I find comfort in her care, knowing that she will be on top of anything that might come up concerning my health and well-being.

The appt started 15min early which would normally be fine but It was a particularly busy morning for me and I was hoping it would start in time. The appt it self was fine. The plan of action was to be expected. Now im dealing with my insurance not covering the brand of iron Ive received the past few times. I will request that the doctor appeal it with my insurance and hope I don't receive any push back. Your patient advocate reps do need some additional training, the associate that I personally spoke to had no empathy and continued to talk over me. Ive talked to her in the past and its hard to believe she is still employed there.
