Not as respectful as they could be.in many situations. Seeing so many people they are not able to take care of appts or procedures in any kind of timely manner. This is not pain management. Felt I was t important if I wasn’t requesting a procedure. Not sure I felt at all satisfied when I asked to go over recent mri. Not sure they had looked at comparisons. Very hurried.

I feel like Ariana has a good comprehensive knowledge of her field. However, it takes a very long time to get an appointment with her; in the last year, she has canceled two of my appointments which was surprising.

I really like her. She’s very easy to talk to, it is unfortunate that there are so many of us and so few of her. The demand is overwhelming the supply right now, these doctors just need to be absolutely exhausted all the time, and even though they are stretched so thin, she takes the time to go over everything with me, answered my questions, made sure that I understood everything and I’m completely taken care of before she leaves the room. The office has been absolutely great about working with me with some issues that I’ve had with my health. I would highly recommend Dr. Schelb, and her office.
