Was not fond of the final results, they gave me. Basically, I got nothing out of the services they provided, and then they send me back to my Personal care physician

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
She and the staff are respectful and friendly. She seems rushed but listens to what I have had to say. Has been hard to get timely appt, and not telehealth even when no exam. Hopefully this will improve. My next appt is one day after a procedure which is good!

Good medical care sometimes it’s a weight between procedures and office appointments that gets strung out instead of the next day it’s two weeks away or longer no fault of the doctor. I’m sure it’s the fact that there’s more patience there is doctors to do follow ups. office is always clean right people are courteous and gracious actually.

I felt as though she already came in with a plan for me as the patient before she ever met me and truly asked my story. I felt as though I wasn’t really listened too. And staff didn’t go out of their way to truly make an impression.

I would tell them to never go to this facility. The way I was treated by Nicole was beyond the pale. She treated both my husband and I very rudely. She talked down to me. She insulted me she insulted my surgeon. She made a bizarre claim when I told her I was getting surgery on my cervical spine, She told me that 90% of the people who have the surgery are back in five years, begging for injections again. When the actual number is around 30 to 40%. I think she would thought she was speaking to someone who was completely ignorant. But you don’t even speak to people who are ignorant the way she spoke to me. Very dismissive she spoke down to me like I was stupid. And then she had to bring up my weight, which I am having an issue with right now. Over the past four years since I started having back pain, I’ve gained about 10 pounds a year. I explained this to her. Then she made comments about my weight. Very condescendingly again.

Nicole was a God send to me. !!!! I cannot say enough about what a thoughtful and caring person She is so kind and compassionate. Very thorough. I feel very blessed to have had her as my provider. 🙏

I would not recommend this practice. Care is minimal compared to my pain levels. Usually I feel treated like a number not a person. And appointment availability is not enough to deal with my multiple spine issies
