Nicole and her staff are always very upbeat very pleasant smiling the are understanding they help me understand they take the time for me to ask all my questions and get everything answered. I probably wouldn’t be the person. I am now without their help and understanding and support and getting all the necessary medical things done for me I think you all.

My experience with Ariana Schempp is great. She is prompt don’t keep you waiting. She and. All your questions. Uses words you can understand. Staff is also excellent. I would recommend anyone to go to her.

Plan to wait 6 weeks for everything. Nicole was excellent. Her nurse was having a bad day. Not friendly.

The length of time it took to actually get in to see her was 4 weeks from the surgeon recommendation in my opinion that is way to long to wait For an appointement when you are in pain

Ariana was terrific. She seemed to really care about my situation and was willing to explore options for addressing my problem. The nurse was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The desk staff helped me with my scheduling very well. Check in could have gone better; the girl who checked me in seemed distracted. A genuine smile and a little louder voice would have been very helpful in the check in process.
