They are very nice and knowledge but getting an appointment took weeks and then getting the treatment to start for what I need is taking 2 months. To me that is unreasonable.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
When you need to talk to someone on the you have to leave a message and twice someone would call me back but it wasn’t who I needed to talk to so then they would say we will give her the message but I still had to wait until I had an appt.

I believe Ariana is overbooked and doesn’t have the time to listen and respond. The waiting room was full. I have friends that go to Lansing because this office makes appointments out to far. People are in pain. The wait is usually when scheduled for abrasions is what an employee told me.

During this visit it was apparent there was some misunderstanding in what she heard me trying to explain to her. It's possible between past visits and the most recent I haven't provided a detailed enough explanation of my history and current issues to her, I see multiple providers so over time I've lost track of who I've told what. But I definitely didn't feel like we were on the same page with this most recent visit.

This is a friendly caring place. Just dont be more than 15 min or they bump you office visit and u have to reschedule.

Ariana and the staff are amazing. Super friendly. Always listen. They do their best to help with my severe chronic pain. I would highly recommend Ariana to anyone looking for care in her field of specialty.

While I don't expect a concrete answer for my condition, I rarely leave fully understanding what to expect. Conversations are hard to follow and very confusing.

Nicole is the best. She really cares about her patients and is there to help them out but will also refer you if needed for shots or referring you to a specialist. Never had a problem. Sent me to a specialist and I ended up needing back surgery .
