I gave her in depth information about my spine and previous injuries and the time frames. She used an AI device. I looked over her summary notes of my appointment and many things were not accurate including how long I have had pain and where it was located This is not good practice. I am glad I look over everything at every Dr appointment. For some older patients I would be concerned especially if they do not look at the Drs notation. There could be a misdiagnosis based on her notation and improper care would be provided. Before I left she asked the question, "Did you get everything you expected out of this appointment" I felt it was a strange question to ask, especially since it was out initial meeting. I replied, "I didn't expect anything since it was our first meeting" I would not recommend her to any patient who is dealing with spinal and back pain.

She is very respectful, and listens to you, and when my husband came in and asked questions about my back issues, she told him how it was, with my permission of course, he didn't believe me how bad my back is, some times I think he thinks I'm faking my pain. Thank you so much for having my back literally.

All staff has been professional, yet friendly. Highly recommend Nichole. She is an excellent provides. Very knowledgeable. Explains thoroughly. Is honest. Thorough in examination. Lots of tips and hints to use at home.
