Nicole is great! She understands everything that I have going on and keeps it all in consideration when we discuss my pain management and overlapping health issues. I have a variety of issues and I can honestly say I have received more support and kindness from this office than all of my other providers. I wish I would have been referred to her earlier. That Michigan Spine And Pain Watch less interested in helping patients come up with non-surgical viable pain, relief options, and more interested in running as many patients as possible through the expensive Nerve block procedure Over multiple visits because it’s what the insurance Companies will pay the most for. The nurse practitioner I seen might have been in the room a total of five minutes and had to get onto the next patient. I will not be recommending Michigan Spine And Pain to anyone and will be canceling my appointment for the procedure

Will find another pain management program. Told me they would call me when they had schedule made, did not call. Had to call them and they only had 1 appt left for entire month.

The doctor is great. The nurse is very nice. Very slow to do follow up with the next procedure. It's two months away. When you are hurting so bad and can't get you in any sooner

The only problem I've had is it takes so long to get an appointment, procedural are scheduled for about 2 months out and follow up afterwards is sometimes a month out. I'm sure this is due to more patients and fewer staff.

The office is always running late. They ask that I am there 15 minutes before my appointment but I have to sit for another 30-45 minutes after my appointment time. The waiting area is way to small and for someone who has serious back problems it is extremely uncomfortable and I have always left in more pain then I arrive in.
