I've always had good experiences with Judy decord her staff are friendly and caring and understanding and they take the time she also is very professional she takes the time to listen and answer questions she doesn't make me feel bad when I don't understand something. Judy decort and her office staff are a God sent for me.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I'm very pleased with the quality of help they've given me in dealing with my back pain, since getting my ablation I have a life again. I can go 10 to 12 months pretty much pain free,if I'm careful, which is something I never thought was possible. I only take Tylenol for pain, no prescription pain meds at all. It totally changed my life.

She "listens" and understands how I feel. Takes care of my medical needs, she's right on top of it. Gets me set up for any therapy, tests, and or procedures as quickly as possible. Great bed-side manner and always polite and friendly.

The office is caring and quickly try to accommodate your needs. She also tries not to push or recommend narcotics which was important to me but offered many other options both medical and homeopathic. Great doctor will continue to see and recommend

I must say this office is one of the most prompt, polite, most Courteous I have ever been to. The staff greet you with a smile, friendly. Such a comfortable atmosphere. From the moment you walk in to you check out. Judy always straight forward and informative. Has the time with you and your questions. Wonderful.
My only negative is
Need more sitting room. Especially with the type of patient coming in. ☹️

Judy is very highly respected and Is well known of her work. I trust her In her knowledge of spine and pain Medicine. Judy has been in this profession for many of years. What could have been done to improve your experience?
Respond to portal appointment request. Respond faster to voice mail appointment request sent at 0815 rather than 8 hours later at 1610 and giving me 15 minutes to try to call the office back and have my calls auto transferred and then hung up on until my last call said the office was closed. Not schedule my appointment for 1030 at night on a Friday and leave it up to me to catch the error.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Judy is always so kind and compassionate. She pays attention to my needs and will listen, not to respond, but to better understand what I am going through. I couldn’t ask for a better pain management health care professional. She is always so positive and upbeat. I always feel better when I walk out than I did walking in.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing at all. The entire staff is amazing. And Judy in a one in a million provider! You could not possibly find a better nurse practitioner.
