So far I'm left waiting for my next step. Pain is not a concern apparently. I'm trying to hang in there while the plan for treatment drags on.

Front office staff doesn’t normally have a smiling face. Tone and facial expressions are a must to make patients feel welcome. There always a line for check in. I check in online and then I have to wait in line again with other patients who are checking out that come out the door. Checking in online seems dismissive. Organize the lines for check ins. Makes it much more smoother.

I always tell my friends that my care I receive is top notch. Very helpful and caring. I would never want to see another person. They know my past history and my future goals. Helen listens to every word I say and explains everything to me in a way I can understand.

They were friendly, but I was the last patient of the day and it showed. No disrespect, but I felt rushed, not fully listened to, and not fully aware or comprehend what the plan was for me. An MRI was ordered & scheduled. Hoping the next visit will be more informative and helpful in managing my chronic pain.

I was treated with respect and the utmost care. The staff and provider were very helpful and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. The provider made a plan for me and I agreed with it. Plans were made for follow-up care also.

I loved Judy she listens to your concerns and trys to get to the bottom of your issue. She's has great bed side manners, she's overall a wonderful Dr. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The first time I came to Spine and Pain I saw Anna who sent me home with a prescription for more antidepressants and several more months of extreme pain. I decided to reach out and try once more for help. Judy seems more interested in hearing what I have to say and working with me to find help for several painful conditions - both in more recent MRI's to begin with and medications for a small level of comfort while "we" find the right treatment. I felt more hopeful that maybe my concerns were being listened to.

She was knowledgeable. Ordered a procedure for my hip to get an injection to alleviate some of the pain in my left hip. If this doesn't help we will try other avenues. She was seeing me instead of the my normal PA.
