What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Last time felt like on production line. Maximum of 5 minutes spent with me, had hiccups. Sent me to exit without nurse going over procedure with me. Not the nurses fault. Started out by saying they were running behind. Just a bad day for her evidently.

It takes a while to get for appointment. Was very nice helpful, listened ordered what was needed. As soon as was possible staff very nice and helpful.

I haven’t been going there for a whole 12 months yet but a short time that I have been going there I’m very satisfied with the service of the staff and Helen for having me have a great weekend and a merry Christmas.

Front office staff doesn’t normally have a smiling face. Tone and facial expressions are a must to make patients feel welcome. There always a line for check in. I check in online and then I have to wait in line again with other patients who are checking out that come out the door. Checking in online seems dismissive. Organize the lines for check ins. Makes it much more smoother.

I always tell my friends that my care I receive is top notch. Very helpful and caring. I would never want to see another person. They know my past history and my future goals. Helen listens to every word I say and explains everything to me in a way I can understand.

They were friendly, but I was the last patient of the day and it showed. No disrespect, but I felt rushed, not fully listened to, and not fully aware or comprehend what the plan was for me. An MRI was ordered & scheduled. Hoping the next visit will be more informative and helpful in managing my chronic pain.
