I’m in a lot of pain. I don’t feel we’re getting to the bottom of it very fast. I don’t like going there every month and paying $35 for nothing.

I already tell everyone that Nichole and staff is great! If you have any pain issues to go to Midmichigan Spine and Pain for help! They are excellent providers for Pain relief

Didn't seem very friendly and talked down to me, repeated things about medication and ways to other things to help my back, repeated things more than once, didn't appreciate way was treated.

I'm frustrated bc the notes in MyChart aren't very good--aren't exactly what I said. I feel like we are talking at cross-purposes and not communicating well.

If you can maintain patience with they way the staff speaks and listens to patients, the doctor seems to know her stuff. I did a lot of running around to sign release forms and get the office the information the doctor needs to treat me. Called my insurance and found out information for doctor, I really hope the do not get their feelings hurt and accept the fact that I am proactive in my medical care. I hope this office cares enough and do the right thing by me!!!
