The receptionists (specifically Megan) is not very friendly. Dr. Shelb and the assistant she had who took the vitals were both very friendly.

It was a very short visit, I felt was unnecessary because nothing was gained from my visit.

Nicole is always in a rush. Doesn’t take the time to listen. I like a Dr to listen to me and discuss what is problem As pain and spine clinic I would think they would talk to you as needed. If she doesn’t have time for her patients MyMichigan needs let the Drs. Have more time per visit. I feel like I am in a cattle shoot.

They seemed really concerned about my condition and wanted to help in the way I saw fit. I was not feeling good about the needle option and wanted to try physical therapy first.

If you need a real doctor for back pain and for medical attention for your back or neck you should come here right away!! The doctor is very professional she knows what she's doing she's pretty much seen it all she'll treat you right away you will feel better when you leave the staff is unbelievable very friendly always on time very professional I give this office a 10 out of 10 10 being the best because they are the best and I stand by that so if you have family or friends and need a doctor for back pain here you go this is the one you want thank you!!!
