Very professional and very friendly! Explained everything in detail. Showed pictures of my MRI and explained what issues I was having and a treatment plan. Personable and made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend Nicole!

Nicole seems very thorough and knowledgeable. It takes a long time to get resting/procedures done and there have been scheduling problems but that is not something the pain center can control.

Like the office staff but it takes to long to get into treatment appointments. Just scheduled an RFA and have to wait 6 months to get in. Thats ridiculous for a hospital this size.

The Intake person somewhat made me apprehensive when the first question that when she met me was if I had had injections before. The NP seemed very rushed during my appointment

My mother suffered with lower back and leg pain with a level of 8-9 for over a year with minimal to no relief. The previous med she had been on also contributed to her falling multiple times. Nicole changed her med and also offered available procedures to help with pain. She has been pain free for over 6 months now with decreased to no falls. She also ordered physical therapy to increase her quality of life. A mother without pain has helped all our family relationships. Thank you to Alicia also for helping with order questions.

It was excellent overall, but Nurse Schleb seems to be influenced by the current trend of medicine, where we listen to the patient until we figure we know what is to be done and then make an evaluation, instead of hearing the patient out from beginning to end. This a current trend and not just a Nurse Schleb issue. I did feel like she was working under a premise that compelled hear to move the patient in and out of the office as fast as possible. Didn't really care for that. I don't totally blame Nurse Schleb because this is a growing trend in the medical field that needs to be addressed. Unfortunately for Nurse Schleb, she didn't do what the Medical Administrators want her to do which is to move patients along without the patient noticing, that everything is too efficient or rushed. Sorry someone has to be the Elephant in the room. Other than that, Nurse Schleb did a great job.
