Nicole is always upbeat and positive and gives me options regarding my back issues. She is supportive and tries to help as much as possible. The front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful.

Very friendly! The office staffing should actually split the duties and one handle patients leaving and the other dealing with people walking in the office. I was exiting the doctor and had to wait for 2 other people to get signed in.

This was the best medical staff I have ever worked with. From the receptionist to Nicole every single person went out of their way to help me get the treatment that I needed. They all seemed to be sincerely concerned with my well being. I would recommend Nicole and the entire office to anyone in need of pain relief. I drove 2 hrs each way to the office and would do it again w/out batting an eye.

It was much better than I expected. The entire staff was personal, caring, attentive, efficient, and effective. Nicole had many solutions to my problem and was reassuring. I left with great hope.

First visit was disappointing because I was told they had to run a drug screen prior to giving me pain medication. No fault of this office but I have been trying to get pain medications for a broken leg for quite some time. After my follow-up visit 2 weeks later they did give me pain medication which has helped immensely.
