Absolutely she made me feel very comfortable about my next step and procedure and what the effects were going to be and the long-term outcome I was very pleased and very comfortable with the understanding and positive outcome I will eventually get in time.

That they are so busy hard to get a quick appointments. Its understandable but its hard when your in pain and have been. Sometimes its also insurance making you jump through hoops delaying treatment. The staff and provider are very kind. Read your provider visit notes for sure.

They tell you to get an MRI done and then come back and see them in a week. A week?????!!! HAHA. It is more like 3 months before you can get in. Everything takes SO long to happen in this office. It has taken a year for me to get help for my back ALL because of how long you have to wait to get anything done. There is NO business that should be so outdated that it takes 3 months when the doc wanted you back in a week. Some how the appointment making in this office is in need of some HELP.

I feel comfortable with Nicole and the other associates and she answers my questions fully. She listens to my problems and symptoms and orders tests as needed. I would recommend her highly to my family and friends.
