What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It was excellent overall, but Nurse Schleb seems to be influenced by the current trend of medicine, where we listen to the patient until we figure we know what is to be done and then make an evaluation, instead of hearing the patient out from beginning to end. This a current trend and not just a Nurse Schleb issue. I did feel like she was working under a premise that compelled hear to move the patient in and out of the office as fast as possible. Didn't really care for that. I don't totally blame Nurse Schleb because this is a growing trend in the medical field that needs to be addressed. Unfortunately for Nurse Schleb, she didn't do what the Medical Administrators want her to do which is to move patients along without the patient noticing, that everything is too efficient or rushed. Sorry someone has to be the Elephant in the room. Other than that, Nurse Schleb did a great job.

She’s a very on task physician, very professional and efficient. She’s on top of tests and procedures, she’s great at being explanatory! She takes time for your concerns, issues and questions. The care team is a dignified team overall.

I have never been to a better Doctor. Not only is Doc great, but her nurse Deanna took great care of my needs. They are not only very professional, but they are very personal. They talked to me and actually care about me and my health. And I appreciate all they do.

It takes at least a year for any treatment to be finished up. LONG TIME of waiting between appointments. I've had no follow up on how my last procedure is going (my lower back) . You'd think it would be asked if I was still doing ok since having it done. I am not happy with how long of wait you have from procedure to procedure. No office should be like this one is.

They are concerned with your care wish it could be sooner as I am in pain a lot . Insurance companies need to support their care more. Over all they are kind supportive just need releif.

Nicole has been caring for/treating me for almost five (5) years. I wouldn't let anyone else see me! She is that good. Nicole and her team have taken such excellent care of me, that my quality of life has dramatically improved.

Nicole is always in a rush I don’t think in the last 2 years she has never set down to get to know me. I feel like I go into the room spend more time with the nurse than I have ever spent with Nicole. I noticed lately who ever types my report up in my chart sure does add of things I have never disguised with Nicole. She’s nice put doesn’t take time with her patients.
