I felt comfortable to ask questions and her answers were completely understandable. She was able to explain the procedures and calmed some of my concerns. I am pleased to have her and her staff helping me through this period of my treatment.

I would recommend her to anyone. She listens and has helped with getting my insurance to cover testing. She definitely is a wonderful pain management dr. I wouldn't go to anyone else

Nicole is an outstanding professional. HOWEVER, the length of time to secure an appointment for the recommended injection (ESI) is interminably LONG.

Dr schelb is great, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I can tell she is a busy woman but I still feel like she cares about my wellbeing.

Office is very friendly and professional. They really seem to be compassionate of my situation, and I believe they’re trying to be their best, constantly. striving to find a solution to my problem. I will return as long as there is hope to feel better

The receptionists (specifically Megan) is not very friendly. Dr. Shelb and the assistant she had who took the vitals were both very friendly.

It was a very short visit, I felt was unnecessary because nothing was gained from my visit.

Nicole is always in a rush. Doesn’t take the time to listen. I like a Dr to listen to me and discuss what is problem As pain and spine clinic I would think they would talk to you as needed. If she doesn’t have time for her patients MyMichigan needs let the Drs. Have more time per visit. I feel like I am in a cattle shoot.
