Nicole has been caring for/treating me for almost five (5) years. I wouldn't let anyone else see me! She is that good. Nicole and her team have taken such excellent care of me, that my quality of life has dramatically improved.

Nicole is always in a rush I don’t think in the last 2 years she has never set down to get to know me. I feel like I go into the room spend more time with the nurse than I have ever spent with Nicole. I noticed lately who ever types my report up in my chart sure does add of things I have never disguised with Nicole. She’s nice put doesn’t take time with her patients.

Excellent understanding of chronic pain problem’s. Megan at the front desk goes out of her way to schedule treatment around my busy schedule. What a great place to receive care.

The treatment offered through this office provided me with excellent relief, and while not guaranteed for everyone, trying this type of treatment is worth it just in case if does work. If treatment is needed again this will be my first option.

The appointment time is not her fault but Ricker center ask you to be 15min early then takes you back to wait 1 hour before treatment then in 15min after treatment you can leave.

It’s frustrating when you’re in pain and after your visit they tell you they may have a procedure to possibly cure it, only to find out you need to wait months in pain for them to actually perform it. The waitlist is far to long for people who are in pain.

Nicole is great. The system is broken. Sadly, in general, I don't feel as though I am getting the attention that I should get. Best way to explain it? If their mom needed help, she would get a better response than me.
