They are very nice and knowledge but getting an appointment took weeks and then getting the treatment to start for what I need is taking 2 months. To me that is unreasonable.

When you need to talk to someone on the you have to leave a message and twice someone would call me back but it wasn’t who I needed to talk to so then they would say we will give her the message but I still had to wait until I had an appt.

I believe Ariana is overbooked and doesn’t have the time to listen and respond. The waiting room was full. I have friends that go to Lansing because this office makes appointments out to far. People are in pain. The wait is usually when scheduled for abrasions is what an employee told me.

During this visit it was apparent there was some misunderstanding in what she heard me trying to explain to her. It's possible between past visits and the most recent I haven't provided a detailed enough explanation of my history and current issues to her, I see multiple providers so over time I've lost track of who I've told what. But I definitely didn't feel like we were on the same page with this most recent visit.

Ariana and the staff are amazing. Super friendly. Always listen. They do their best to help with my severe chronic pain. I would highly recommend Ariana to anyone looking for care in her field of specialty.

Ariana does a great job of explaining what my condition is, how and why it is affecting me the way it is. She listens to my concerns and provides options for treatment with explanations of how they treatment options will be performed and or how they will treat my condition.

If zero stars would be possible that is what I would rate Ariana Schempp. She treats her patience very poorly [redacted accusatory language]. I would never recommend anyone to this office period. The staff and its employees do not care about your health.
