Staff is very knowledgeable, But they seem very rushed. At the first meeting, they should take time to listen , ask questions and explain the plan of action. Maybe sit down and make eye contact.

The employees at the pain clinic go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The young gentleman at the front desk is a ray of sunshine. Always smiling and very courteous. The nurse is the same way.

They are the best team i have ever had the experience to have ever worked with in the last 20 years. Dr khan has been a persistent advocate in finding a supportive team. Working through the unfortunate insurance maze. i feel Arianna's the same and I really appreciate it. The first time I met her she had read my file and recent test! I was shocked! I love them all. There is compassion without pity! ❤️

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was told that I would get an appointment 2 weeks after my MRI then when I tried to make an appointment was told there was nothing until late February!! Not happy. How would anyone feel when they are in so much pain, to have to wait that long to have the MRI read & then get a plan of action? Very poor at getting timely treatment

I have had a good relationship with my provider and I have to ask questions often and somewhat have to push for possibly different outcomes on my health and my level of pain to get it at a manageable routine. She has always been very professional and very polite with a very good bad side manner I appreciate her with dealing with my problems

Ariana was a great listener. She was able to see all that I have already done to overcome my pain and did not make me face the frustration of jumping through those hoops again. I am very appreciative for her kindness and understanding. I highly recommend her!

Ariana and her nurses are wonderful, very caring and show concern and are just really good. However, the guy at the front check in window is NOT friendly what so ever, never smiles and it makes a person feel uncomfortable. Other than that I am very happy with everything else about this office and staff.

I do like this provider. My concern is that she is usually in a hurry. I think if she was seeing less patients in a day she could spend more time listening to questions and explaining things.

Ariana is incredibly kind and patient. She seems to get a feel for her pts and speaks to them in their own comfort zone if that makes sense. And her staff are very kind as well.

Was a short visit but I was under the impression that I was going to get treatment when I went there. I was disappointed that it took over a couple of months for the appointment then was given an appointment several weeks after the office visit. I think that what they could have done everything with a virtual meeting.
