Not really good at saying how I feel. But the folks at the doctors office and most of all the doctor have treated me with the utmost respect 🙏 they listen and then they tell me what I need to do next I don't believe I have ever been any place that has treated me better I haven't the words to tell them thanks enough God bless all of them

I was referred there for trigger point injection. I have had two done there previously there previously. When I arrived after driving there for 45 minutes, I was informed by Ariana that I wasn’t eligible for trigger point injections. Because the specific referral stated trigger point injection I wish, she had contacted me prior with her concerns. That would’ve saved me time pain and money. It is not fun going out of your way to a Pain Clinic when you are in pain, to be turned away. Generally, Ariana is excellent in her care and her bedside manner. This was just one really frustrating experience.

They are very nice and knowledge but getting an appointment took weeks and then getting the treatment to start for what I need is taking 2 months. To me that is unreasonable.

When you need to talk to someone on the you have to leave a message and twice someone would call me back but it wasn’t who I needed to talk to so then they would say we will give her the message but I still had to wait until I had an appt.
