She is good but the wait time for all needed procedures is way to long and if they anticipate needing any injections they should check around and compare how far out they schedule.

My family is normally with me when I go to the office and they are very active in my medical issues. The staff answers both mine and the family questions very time. We would recommend this office to anyone looking for pain relief and help from the suffering it may cause them.

Long delays for care, office staff no follow up for simple MRI verification of receipt combined with lackadaisical approach and delays that could have affected my appointment time ( had I not made multiple calls). Essentially if you present for pain.... Plan on 90 days before any attempt to mitigate pain.

That they respect and listen to you. They explain the medicine, side effects, and dangers. They make sure that you understand. They truly respect their patients. I will highly reccomend them

I had to wait 4 months for an appointment. My procedure will not be until 6 weeks after my appointment. I’m sure it’s not her fault. Just disappointed at how long it takes.

Ariana and the staff are so helpful. They listen and provide advice and options regarding current and future care plans. Very thankful I was able to get into their practice. They have helped reduce my chronic nerve pain to a manageable situation.

Everyone is the office is friendly and professional. My favorite is Moses, he is always the first one I see when I enter the office.

From the front reception desk with Moses to the exam room with a tech, then to see Ariana, I've always been treated by friendly, happy staff! They seem to like our MyMichigan Health Systems therapy dog, Stella, too! I do think I'm rushed thru my appointment (assembly line ) ending with Arianna. She's quite sweet but the assembly line protocol really shows thru and tarnishes any future visits that I might have!

She does an amazing job, getting scheduled to get my injections takes way too long. I have to get my hips, neck and back injected and it always takes at least 3 months to get them scheduled. Plus I have to wait to see her after the injections so it takes at least a year to get it done so I’m never out of pain. It would be nice to have more Drs that can do these procedures to help people quicker.

If the provider goes on vacation or takes time off they supposedly have no one to pick up the slack. So if you have a need to be seen sooner then your regular scheduled appointment don't count on it. The gate keeper keeps you from speaking to the provide or the provider just doesn't call you to see why you need to see them sooner then your next appointment. Not good care in my opinion.

The wait times for appointments is extremely long and wait time for treatment is not realistic but the staff and doctor were very professional.

Arianna is very caring and attentive. She listens and we discuss together what the best plan is for my care. I am feeling better than I have in months. My physical activity has increased from my injections .

Arianna is great about working to diagnose my back issues. She is knowledgeable about how to prescribe medication doses to avoid side effects. Getting appointments in a timely manner, and the amount of time spent with the provider are not good.
