This was my first visit with Ariana so I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. But everyone in the office was super friendly, informative, and explained things in simple terms. I look forward to continuing my treatment here.

The appointments are very quick for all the time it takes to travel to the office. Quite honestly, it seems like a waste of time to show up and be told the next step is to schedule another injection. We have never been offered a telehealth appointment or video call. Is this possible? It would be much better for us than to travel 20 minutes to Alma, have a 5-minute session with Spine and Pain, and then travel another 20 minutes back home. It is not like there is any physical manipulation or checking on anything done in the office, other than taking a blood pressure reading.

It has been a positive experience. It's hard enough dealing with pain everyday and having the support of this office to treat my pain while I heal has been so awesome. I would recommend this office to anyone having trouble with pain. They won't let you suffer like other offices and doctors would.

Ariana ‘inherited’ me as a patient when she joined the practice. At my first appointment, I was impressed that she knew so much about my leg issues, past interventions, and had a plan for future treatment. She listened carefully, offered additional information, answered my questions, and did not preform an invasive and painful physical assessment like Ive experienced in past.
I’m grateful to be Ariana’s patient.

The doctor here is caring and professional, but the office policies and procedures are terrible. I was told I had to wait a full week before even being seen, while already out of medication and in severe pain. Their “solution” was to tell me to go to the emergency room — which I cannot afford to do every time I need help. This should be a quick appointment, not a drawn-out process. On top of that, the doctor only works two days a week, which makes access even harder. The policies here leave patients suffering, no matter how good the doctor is.

I've only had one appointment at this time, but, so far so good. I really felt like she listened to me and I'm hopeful for the treatment plan she laid out for me. Any pain relief is welcomed at this point.
