Ariana ‘inherited’ me as a patient when she joined the practice. At my first appointment, I was impressed that she knew so much about my leg issues, past interventions, and had a plan for future treatment. She listened carefully, offered additional information, answered my questions, and did not preform an invasive and painful physical assessment like Ive experienced in past.
I’m grateful to be Ariana’s patient.

The doctor here is caring and professional, but the office policies and procedures are terrible. I was told I had to wait a full week before even being seen, while already out of medication and in severe pain. Their “solution” was to tell me to go to the emergency room — which I cannot afford to do every time I need help. This should be a quick appointment, not a drawn-out process. On top of that, the doctor only works two days a week, which makes access even harder. The policies here leave patients suffering, no matter how good the doctor is.

I've only had one appointment at this time, but, so far so good. I really felt like she listened to me and I'm hopeful for the treatment plan she laid out for me. Any pain relief is welcomed at this point.

This is not a reflection of the staff or of the doctor. But the time that it takes to get scheduled for the final pain relief treatment is ridiculous. In my experience it can take 4-6 weeks just to get to see the doctor, and then another 4-6 weeks to schedule the treatment. And this is for people coming to you because they are in pain!

The front desk staff seems very overwhelmed. You cant get an appointment when you need but the medical staff is very friendly and helpful.

Finally someone to get me back too better health with less pain. I Broke my neck in a car accident over two years ago. Now I have hope . Doing shot treatment and so far I would recommend them at this point.

Not pain management when it takes weeks and even a couple months and more to be seen and particularly to book procedures.. Not caring for patients this way. Getting worse. Money for people seen over patient care!

Getting appts for pain solving take way too long. I was scheduled a month out for a test for a shot which requires 2 test shots before the main one and 2nd and 3rd were not scheduled yet. 3 months to get results?

I was disappointed at the brief evaluation of my concerns. The fact that it had not been a year since my surgery, which I was unaware of, prevents them from treatment. I was very unhappy about that. I was expecting that the pain center had other treatments other than injections that could have been used.

I would tell any friend that I was lucky to get in as quick as I did, but it normally takes a long time to get in. I would also say from what little experience I had she was in and out in five minutes I didn’t really feel like I was her attention or focus. I felt like boom and I’m out of here, let’s move onto the next person. I’m not for sure she knew what I was going through.

I left the building in tears. My thought is maybe I'm too old to think I can find someone to help me with the constant pain I'm in. An hour drive there, an hour in the waiting room should allow me more than 5 minutes with my Dr.

This office is run smoothly with outstanding courteous service. My n last appointment was 20 minutes late. That is not the norm for them. Usually appointments are early or on time. You feel like you are their own patient.
