Nicole has been caring for/treating me for almost five (5) years. I wouldn't let anyone else see me! She is that good. Nicole and her team have taken such excellent care of me, that my quality of life has dramatically improved.

Last time felt like on production line. Maximum of 5 minutes spent with me, had hiccups. Sent me to exit without nurse going over procedure with me. Not the nurses fault. Started out by saying they were running behind. Just a bad day for her evidently.

Nicole is always in a rush I don’t think in the last 2 years she has never set down to get to know me. I feel like I go into the room spend more time with the nurse than I have ever spent with Nicole. I noticed lately who ever types my report up in my chart sure does add of things I have never disguised with Nicole. She’s nice put doesn’t take time with her patients.

Only item I recommend would be to utilize phone for followup instead of actual appointment. I drive an hour for a three minute appointment to determine my test was successful and we can set up another test. This could be done in a three minute phone call. Otherwise I love the facility and every person I've dealt with has been great.
