So happy and satisfied to now be under their care. The 3 step pro I’m set to begin has such a long wait time. I understand the wait time for procedure appts due to insurance approval however I am scheduled for a procedure at [ ] end of [MONTH] with the follow up with your office the end of [MONTH], hope I can make sufficient notes regarding the 4 hour window results for the testing. The second step I’m guessing could be the same appointment wait time. While I can somewhat understand, at the same time with the pain continuing to worsen a situation that can at times seem intolerable becomes months of waiting. The office let me know when I asked that I could call on certain days of the week to check for cancellation slots. I plan to do this to help move four it faster. Thank you

She is excellent! I feel heard and my perspective matters in regards to care discussions. I ca not say enough good things about her kindness and encouragement. I feel like Arianna is very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help find solutions.

Absolutely not. If you want a phone call back regarding anything it doesn’t happen. They didn’t even document my calls in my chart. Zero percent helpful. Nicole is nice but I this office is horrible. First time needing a specialist and this was a poor experience thus far.
