What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It was excellent overall, but Nurse Schleb seems to be influenced by the current trend of medicine, where we listen to the patient until we figure we know what is to be done and then make an evaluation, instead of hearing the patient out from beginning to end. This a current trend and not just a Nurse Schleb issue. I did feel like she was working under a premise that compelled hear to move the patient in and out of the office as fast as possible. Didn't really care for that. I don't totally blame Nurse Schleb because this is a growing trend in the medical field that needs to be addressed. Unfortunately for Nurse Schleb, she didn't do what the Medical Administrators want her to do which is to move patients along without the patient noticing, that everything is too efficient or rushed. Sorry someone has to be the Elephant in the room. Other than that, Nurse Schleb did a great job.

I would tell others that ARIANA SCHEMPP and her professional staff are pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would say that certain office procedures are not client friendly. Having to present insurance cards for copying at every visit is redundant and bothersome. Having every call answered with "leave a message" and stating that the call may not be returned for up to 24 hours is inadequate for certain client needs.

ariana truly is caring about giving me Pain relief. I am blessed being her patient and looking forward to getting some pain relief . It has been a LONG year as of [DATE]... of constant pain. Thanking our Lord for this opening to receive help.

I appreciate the caring concern. Did Judy gives the attention to me to help me with my everyday needs of living somewhat normal life that I could possibly live thank you for your concern and a care that she gives to me. I appreciate her very much. She did the key to helping me live my life with normal life due to all the aches and pains that I go through every day.

I have never been to a better Doctor. Not only is Doc great, but her nurse Deanna took great care of my needs. They are not only very professional, but they are very personal. They talked to me and actually care about me and my health. And I appreciate all they do.

I was happy but I was hoping to receive some relief for my pain that day. She recommended PT and I was good with that but I can’t get in until [DATE]. That means I have to suffer for two and a half more weeks.

It takes at least a year for any treatment to be finished up. LONG TIME of waiting between appointments. I've had no follow up on how my last procedure is going (my lower back) . You'd think it would be asked if I was still doing ok since having it done. I am not happy with how long of wait you have from procedure to procedure. No office should be like this one is.
