They were very professional. They recognized the problem they offered A. Solution We have an appointment to get that handled. And I have a lot of respect for those ladies. They did a hell of a job, and I'd recommend them to anybody.

Everyone in her office was always pleasant! She is a very nice, sweet person. Always had a smile on her face! Listened and offered suggestions and was never pushy about treatment.

This office and medical professionals are polite and helpful. My reason for answering this survey is to give some feedback about the how Ariana seemed rushed and had her hand on the door handle to leave while I was still trying to ask my list of questions. I was with her less than five minutes and felt she could have given me more of her time when I waited four weeks for my checkup. The nurse, however, was very helpful and answered all the questions she could so that helped.

The staff is great. I do not feel heard or validated. My appointments are extremely rushed. She over books herself. She was in my room for maybe 3-5 minutes total. I am looking for a new spine clinic.

Don’t wait - if you’re having back issues and not sure what direction to take, they can help! This is all new to me and having no idea what options I had, they gave me hope!

I would tell them that the help that they've given me has been great. And that they really care about the patients that go in there. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I would recommend the clinic to family and friends if need be.

This was my first visit with Ariana so I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. But everyone in the office was super friendly, informative, and explained things in simple terms. I look forward to continuing my treatment here.

From the time you walk in the door and greet it at the reception desk you feel like you're welcome. The nurse that takes your vitals and other information is very attentive. Nicole has some of the best bed side manners I've ever seen. Don't change anything you guys rock.

I almost left because of how long I had to wait to see the Doctor. The nurse who took my blood pressure, etc was unprofessional.
