What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Anna was great. The phone system is frustrating because you can't talk to anyone. You can only leave messages and calls are not returned. My husband waited 2.months to get an appointment and calls to see about the hold up were not answered. It took a very long time for someone to contact us about setting up the initial appointment but someone called out of the blue to set it up. Then a follow up call after the appointment with a question about the meds was not returned but the script was then sent in. 3 days after the appointment. Only had 1 so far and Anna and everyone was very nice.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The best doctor visit I have had in years. I actually saw my scan results and Anna went over the results with me. A treatment plan was formed and I feel confident that I am in the right place.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I didn't get a call back when I called about a prescription. I had a procedure scheduled and could not locate my prescription due to how far out the procedure was from the time it was filled, (2 month wait). I would have liked to hear from someone that I either could not have a refill or yes I could. I heard nothing, I had the procedure with no medication for pain management. Upsetting

If you can maintain patience with they way the staff speaks and listens to patients, the doctor seems to know her stuff. I did a lot of running around to sign release forms and get the office the information the doctor needs to treat me. Called my insurance and found out information for doctor, I really hope the do not get their feelings hurt and accept the fact that I am proactive in my medical care. I hope this office cares enough and do the right thing by me!!!

Dr Rogg is fine. Whole practice flawed. Have to wait weeks for procedures and appt not adding up to good pain management. That is what they are supposed to be about & seems more about how many patients they can put thru the practice for procedures. Why is Rogg going to other locations when you are not serving patients you have? I have to wait 10 weeks for the 2nd half of a medial branch block test! How is this pain management? I will b looking for other providers.

Great place yes but far as getting routine medications I have found it to be a struggle on a few occasions .prime example tried since last visit it was supposed to be handled noticed it did not get refilled been calling for a extended time only to get answering service with no call back.i was supposed to head out of town but unable to due to this issue any help would be gratefully appreciated
