I have been with Melissa Kramer for a long time now. I trust her judgement and value her opinion. I have many questions to ask so I always write them down. She never rushes me and always answers all my questions. When I ask if I could make an adjustment with my medications, or try another way of taking them. she always listens and gives me advice as to what I should do. I'm very happy that I have Melissa Kramer on my health care team. She is highly recommended along with the Urology Department.

She's a very professional lady explains everything in detail and leave you not wanting anything because she's already explained it, excellent care the staff is outstanding they've even contacted me several times until they got a hold of me wonderful people, cannot go wrong with the care. Everyone in this office that I had interaction with was friendly and eager to help. The majority of my time was spent with Melissa who was so easy to talk with and super good at explaining everything. Would highly recommend her.

She is so nice and thurough. Where my primary lacked, she excelled and actually helped me. My primary kept messing with my medication dosing without listening to why my bloodwork was the way it was. Dr P, knew exactly what to do and didn't need to change my dose. That always worried me but not with her.
