Dr. Panchal and her Michigan staff are great! Brittany/nurse is always on top of things. She's great with following up, and always makes sure our video calls are on time. Dr. Panchal Is very thorough, and always finds an answer to my questions. I am very pleased with Dr. Panchel's office.

She was thorough and explained what my thyroid was doing and how the medication works. You could understand her and she did thr visit in office by video as she was just getting over a cold. It was a good visit

I did not need to contact them for an appointment as my next appointment was always scheduled as I left the current appointment. Dr Panchal is not only extremely knowledgeable, but very caring!

I like the staff, except Dr. Panchal. I usually leave the office with less answers every time. She doesn't have a very good bedside manner.

She is very good and understanding but I would prefer a hands on doctor rather than virtual appointments. However, I don’t want to drive beyond Mt Pleasant so am glad Dr. Panchal is available. [Name]

Dr Panchal is so knowledgeable. When you meet with her (I did it by video), she makes you feel very comfortable and takes time to listen and explain things.

Rude, condescending, never listens to what I'm trying to say, no effort in trying to learn my health history or condition. I have zero confidence in the providers care plan for me.

Dr Panchal is the best doctor at your system. Very knowledgeable, polite , intelligent & renews meds on a timely manner. Very hard to find a better doctor. Her skill reduced my A1C from 7.2 to 6.9. I am so impressed.
