I like the staff, except Dr. Panchal. I usually leave the office with less answers every time. She doesn't have a very good bedside manner.

Dr. Panchal is kind, caring and considerate. She listens to my concerns, and I feel comfortable with her and what advice she gives. Overall, I'd say she is a wonderful doctor and care provider.

She is very good and understanding but I would prefer a hands on doctor rather than virtual appointments. However, I don’t want to drive beyond Mt Pleasant so am glad Dr. Panchal is available. [Name]

Dr Panchal is so knowledgeable. When you meet with her (I did it by video), she makes you feel very comfortable and takes time to listen and explain things.

Rude, condescending, never listens to what I'm trying to say, no effort in trying to learn my health history or condition. I have zero confidence in the providers care plan for me.

Our experience has been very positive (my dad is the patient and I assist him). Brittany who handles appointments, communication, etc is AWESOME and helps a great deal. Please give her a shout out (or a raise:)!

Dr Panchal is the best doctor at your system. Very knowledgeable, polite , intelligent & renews meds on a timely manner. Very hard to find a better doctor. Her skill reduced my A1C from 7.2 to 6.9. I am so impressed.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The Doctor asked questions to address each concern that I had. I felt listened to and respected, and I have a clear understanding of my next steps and treatment plan.

Goral is very kind and informative. She mentioned I would not have to drive to next appointment, could meet with her via internet. Very reassuring considering my next appointment is in [month]. Winter in Michigan can be difficult.
