She is a compassionate doctor who explains things in layman’s term so ppl like me can understand what is happening with our bodies. I learned more from her about my issues in one visit than I’ve known in all the years I’ve had these issues. I greatly appreciate her.

This was my first visit and she seemed very interested and knowledgeable. I came to see her due to the information I received from her assistant Liz. I am anxious to continue with her.

Dr Panchal is wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and also very kind. I really feel that she wants me to be the best I can be. Her office staff is so friendly. Every time I go in, when I leave they always have my next appointment scheduled.

Professional yet takes time to listen to what the patient has to say, and I always feel like she really cares about me. Dr. Panchal is awesome 👍

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
They were kind, interested and engaged until my case became more complicated. As soon as my health status/labs/treatment became out of the ordinary - they were disconnected, aloof and unwilling to treat me further. They went back on original advice re anesthesia risks and referred me back to my PCP who would unlikely have the expertise or experience to advise about anesthesia as it might relate to my hyperparathyroidism and hypercalcemia. When my labs came back different than expected, they refused to discuss them with me even after 3 requests. They were unkind, distant and clearly put off during my 2nd visit. The office staff and nurse barely looked at me and spoke only when forced then very limited. The Dr avoided all my questions, forgot all our previous discussions and was only only willing to refer me back to PCP or offer referral to a higher institution. I would not recommend this Dr or this office.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Panchal Goral is caring, compassionate & very intelligent. I am a diabetic, had a lot problems maintaining my HbA1C within range. Knowing that I am on intermittent fasting, she prescribed the correct medication that fixed my issues. She reads the chart and has a great memory. It would be very hard to find a better endocrinologist.

Dr. Panchal and her Michigan staff are great! Brittany/nurse is always on top of things. She's great with following up, and always makes sure our video calls are on time. Dr. Panchal Is very thorough, and always finds an answer to my questions. I am very pleased with Dr. Panchel's office.
