She is very good and understanding but I would prefer a hands on doctor rather than virtual appointments. However, I don’t want to drive beyond Mt Pleasant so am glad Dr. Panchal is available. [Name]

Dr Panchal is so knowledgeable. When you meet with her (I did it by video), she makes you feel very comfortable and takes time to listen and explain things.

Rude, condescending, never listens to what I'm trying to say, no effort in trying to learn my health history or condition. I have zero confidence in the providers care plan for me.

Dr Panchal is the best doctor at your system. Very knowledgeable, polite , intelligent & renews meds on a timely manner. Very hard to find a better doctor. Her skill reduced my A1C from 7.2 to 6.9. I am so impressed.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The Doctor asked questions to address each concern that I had. I felt listened to and respected, and I have a clear understanding of my next steps and treatment plan.

Dr Panchal is always aware of why you are meeting what the issues are and she takes the time to listen and educate you about both treatment and answer your questions very respectfully. She has worked with me every step of the way.

I only had one appointment made by my internist. I really felt good about this appointment. Dr Panchal was wonderful. She took a lot of time with me and really showed she cared. I have another appointment in [month].

Goral is very kind and informative. She mentioned I would not have to drive to next appointment, could meet with her via internet. Very reassuring considering my next appointment is in [month]. Winter in Michigan can be difficult.

I'm a fairly new patient, but my sense is that Dr. Panchal is very thorough and competent. Because of her accent and how fast she talks, there are times that I don't understand her comments.
