You rarely have to wait and everyone is very quick to answer questions. I love the nurse practitioner, Suzanne Chestnut. Getting to the office is not convenient for me, but I’m willing to make the drive!

Appointment times are respected because the office is well organized. Staff members are friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. It is obvious that they enjoy their jobs. Every physician’s practice must start with excellent medical support, returning calls, providing good followup, knowing you’re “heard” and efficiency without being rushed. For this visit, I met Suzanne “Suzie” Chestnut, APRN. Friendly, kind, energetic and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. I am deeply grateful for this family practice that meets & exceeds all of our expectations.

I feel heard at Dr [last name]’s office. The wait time has never been very long, and the staff are courteous and helpful. I was seen last by their newly hired nurse practitioner, Suzanne. She was so thoughtful and kind, that I felt at ease instantly. I highly recommend that you seek medical attention with this office, I think you will feel the same.
