I like the efficiency of the staff. I don’t feel like just another number. The Dr isn’t rushing off to the next pt. But the best part is how I feel after I see him. I have confidence in him, I trust his opinions and suggestions, his explanations. I feel like he really cares and it’s not just about making Baptist another $. I don’t have to make an appt for every little symptom I call about unless it’s a new concern. It’s not terribly far from my place. So I’m happy.

The Dr and Pa here are extraordinary. From the receptionist to the RNs . This is a top notch clinic. I truly love Dr Jacqmein being my Dr. He's drastically helped my quality of life. Great Doctor! Wonderful staff. Their response times to online questions answered same day. Best clinic I have ever had. I'm 67. Their care and communication are excellent.

Of course, Dr. Jacqmein is outstanding as a physician with phenomenal knowledge of medicine to include good health templates and recommendations for being the best we can be to his consults on health issues that arise throughout the year. Very detailed and extensive questionnaire to be completed in office after pre-sign up email completed. However, the time was well worth the results. Helpful and pleasant administrative staff, professional, efficient nurse. Dr. Jacqmein had spent time reviewing our initial applications and was well prepared with appropriate thoughts and probes to quickly assess health challenges. His knowledge of current treatments and options available is outstanding. He delivers his comments with an empathetic feel which establishes rapid confidence in his ability. Dr. Jacqmein is a good Doctor and moreover a good man!

The office is exquisite, and well maintained. The staff was courteous and professional, as well as proficient in their administrative duties to process me into the system. Dr. Jacqmein listens to all of my concerns and addresses them in a clear way. Even if it’s “not a severe problem”, he takes the time to answer my questions and explain treatment options because the issue is/was important to me (his patient). You can tell he is focused on you (the patient) and actively listening, which can be a bit rare these days. Also the support staff and Dr. Jacqmein’s scribe are all lovely!

I thought the ladies at the desk were very kind and took care of my needs in filling out my information as a new patience. The nurse who check me in taking my vitals was very kind. Dr. Jacqmein was very professional and understanding of my medical needs. I felt comfortable and pleased that he would accept me as his patient.
