This is a very competent physician who has so far been successful in saving my vision. He is very direct, which I like. When I have had emergencies, his practice answers my phone calls right back and if needed, has seen me almost immediately. I highly, highly recommend this physician.

Dr. Vahkaria is wonderful! I've been seeing her for about 18 months, and I genuinely feel that she cares about me, and my treatment. She explains everything so thoroughly, it takes the fear out of the treatment. Her staff is wonderful too, everyone of them are delightful. Everything always goes so smoothly and I've never been kept waiting for long. Dr. V and her staff should get 10 stars!

I have been treating with Dr. Cohen for 11 yrs. He has saved my eyesight. Last visit he was so busy, but is still patient and kind with his patients. Wonderful Doctor/person. The Best!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Cohen and his team. Dr. Cohen was amazing, compassionate, and took his time with me. He was incredibly gentle while performing my retinal assessment, which made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire visit.
The young lady who assisted me was also wonderful. She explained everything to me before doing anything, which helped me feel much less anxious.
I truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and care I received from everyone. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen and his team!

Very pleased she has become part of the Retina Vitreous Associates team. She surgically corrected an IOL subluxation in my right eye, restoring my 3D vision. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for vision care.

Dr. Vakharia is professional, knowledgeable, and patient-oriented. She takes the time to answer questions and explain well to her patients. She is positive and communicative. In addition, she is thorough in her process and easy to talk with professionally. The office is positive, friendly, and welcoming. Staff are fantastic and Dr. Vakharia sets the tone for a professional and personable environment for all ages.

I was given an appointment for an issue I was having on the day that I called the office. Dr. Eichenbaum and his staff took care of me in a very timely manner and offered solutions to the problem. I was very relieved leaving his office.

Dr Cohen operated on me for a vitrectomy of my eye. I have the utmost faith in my doctor. And, I am very skeptical of many drs.

Absolutely amazing people. Saved my eyesight and my sanity when the local ER dropped the ball. This whole retinal tear experience has been nothing short of terrifying and Dr. Vakharia was so kind and confident that I was able to lay back and let a stranger shoot laser beams into my eyeball. I broke down afterwards and she hugged me. I needed that. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. David Eichenbaum and the team at Retina Vitreous Associates of Florida.
On a Saturday, I experienced a retinal tear and was understandably very concerned. Although I was a brand-new patient and had never been seen by anyone in the practice before, after calling their after-hours emergency number and speaking with the technician, they arranged for me to be seen the next day. Dr. Eichenbaum quickly diagnosed the problem and performed laser surgery on the spot to repair the tear, preventing what could have become a much more serious issue.
Both Dr. Eichenbaum and his technician were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a frightening experience feel reassuring and manageable. Their expertise, efficiency, and genuine care were evident throughout the entire visit.
I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend Dr. David Eichenbaum and Retina Vitreous Associates of Florida to anyone in need of retinal care. It is incredibly reassuring to know there is a practice that provides such outstanding emergency care, even on a weekend.
