Dr. Vakharia is consistently this way: professional, caring, and approachable. She is very capable (without a doubt!) and always shares her reasoning with me and explains things in a way I can understand. [My review here is made some years after our initial contact, and after her surgical intervention in my serious eye troubles, which I would call 100% effective and satisfactory.]

My experience has always been top notch. Everyone is always friendly and smiling; it's nice to be taken care of by people who love their job. My only complaint would be they didn't play any Taylor Swift music on their sound system. 😉
