Initially, it’s easy to make an appointment by phone with the staff. Their waiting room, office, and examining rooms are always clean, comfortable and the staff are respectful, professional, and friendly. Dr. Eichenbaum himself is a pleasure to see. He‘s respectful, courteous, friendly and listens to what you feel is important to tell him. He’s not dismissive as some are, and you will quickly feel comfortable with him, as a kind, friendly, and very well-educated Eye Specialist. He’s up on all the latest treatments for diseases of the eye. I feel very comfortable entrusting my eye care to the Doctors Eichenbaum Retina Vitreous Eye Clinic and feel fortunate a friend recommended them to me.

Dr. Eichenbaum was very friendly and very quickly he was very professional. He was very patient and explained everything that I had questions about. Dr. Eichenbalm was recommended to me in regard to my left eye. Needless to say I was very nervous but he immediately made me comfortable. I had been in several hours of having my eyes tested every way in the world and he immediately said I don’t think it’s as bad as you think it is. Dr. Eichenbaum is a very talented doctor and his personality makes it very easy. I would recommend him to anyone because he’s as good as the person that told me to go to him. She said I would love him, and I was very impressed with him. rather than do something right away, he suggested that I come back at the end of August and he felt like my eye problem would correct itself. I was glad he wasn’t a doctor that immediately does something that could’ve been treated in an easier way. He’s a really wonderful doctor and I would recommend him to anyone
