They have stacked up appointments so close together the doctor doesn’t have time to prepare for the next patient and stay on time. Fortunately Dr. Giannotti took the time to prepare unfortunately by 10:00am he was an hour behind schedule and I had to wait with no communication or explanation until he came in 1 hour after my appointment was supposed to begin.

My very first visit to Dr. Ware's clinic was an amazing experience! Every single member of his staff was friendly and efficient, and it seemed important to each of them that I felt welcomed and cared for.

I would highly recommend them. Staff is professional, friendly, caring, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. The PA and Dr are very good at what they do! Very helpful when you have a broken bone. Amazing job to all!
