This was my first visit with Dr G. I believe my problem to be chronic so I was not expecting anything from the appointment other that shots or pain meds. I was so delighted at what Dr G offered and his thorough explanation. I left so encouraged!

He is a very caring young man. My mother-in-law has dementia and Dr. “G” explains things to her in a very understanding way.

If the Dr is running behind they don't let you know. I sat in the room for a half an hour and had to ask someone if the the Dr was running behind I was told yes and that this is the norm?

Kenneth Ordway is excellent, but the office staff could be more compassionate. They're not all caring. I noticed it while in the office in Mt. Pleasant during my first visit to Dr. Ware (the way patient s were treated). And, my phone conversations made me feel as if I was a hindrance.

This was my first time seeing Kenneth Ordway. I was there for a routine checkup and injection in my knee. He was very polite asking his questions and listening to my answers. I was a little apprehensive about receiving my injection as Dr. Ware is the only one to give it in the past. Kenneth Ordway is also very good at that: I hardly felt that long needle giving me the help I needed.

He seems nice knowledgeable and like a caring person. That said, I wasn’t seen until 40 plus minutes after my appointment time. That’s unacceptable. I’m a professional and would never keep a client waiting more than a few minutes

I was dreading my appt in the 3:50pm time slot... expecting them to be an hour or two behind by that late in the day. But no, my appt was right on time, so I was very pleasantly surprised! A huge thank you to the entire staff for being so very efficient! Ken, Chad, and the receptionists were just so nice and friendly. The staff members have been that way at each of my visits so far. I appreciate them for helping me to feel welcome.
