I became associated with Dr. Chandra and his staff after I boke my neck in an accident at home. I am now in the healing process. My stay at the facility and the interactions with everyone were very supportive. In particular, Dr. Chandra explained my options to me very patiently and in great detail as we arrived at our course of action. He also arranged very quickly for a much more comfortable cervical collar to replace the one I received at the ER room. That greatly enhanced my comfort level in the brace. Also, Nellie, his staff coordinator, was very patient and helpful, with my many phone calls. All in all, the experience was very positive in what could have been a terribly frightening time.

Medical staffs are very welcoming and professional. Clean and spacious environment. Dr. Chandra is very amazing! He takes the time to explain my MRI results in a way that i can understand it better. Also, he is not the type of doctor who gets annoyed with questions about medical condition.

Yesterday was my first visit. I was nervous but when I walked in the receptionist smiled and I immediately felt better. I didn’t have to wait long before my name was called. I met Rosie and Kim and by the time I left, I felt like they were my friends. I enjoyed talking to them. Then I met Dr. Hanel and knew immediately that I was going to really like him. He answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. He told me that I needed to have an MRI. I immediately said no. He was so patient with me and helped me realize that he only wanted what was best for me. I have an MRI scheduled and wouldn’t have but I trust Dr. Hanel and am so thankful for him.

Nurse was great! Dr Nima was amazing he was very thorough explaining everything to me and my FIL and made sure to speak loud enough so my FIL who is hard of hearing could understand and made sure he understood what was going on. The office was nice and clean as well. Would definitely recommend to others
