Dr. Hanel professional, knowledgeable, friendly demeanor. As a patient, I feel I am in good hands under his care. His team is open to getting answers to any concerns or questions I have regarding my appointment and care. Very satisfied with Dr. Hanel and his staff.

I had a 1:30 appointment and I was out of there by 2! I was seen by 3 people, approximately 10 minutes each. The check in, then a nurse came in for indepth questioning of syptoms and questions, then after a couple minute wait, Dr. Hanel came in. He was friendly, and to the point, showed me pictures of what was going on with me, and what symptoms to look for. Gave me a treatment plan and a card and told me to call him if I needed anything or had any questions.
Everyone was friendly, seemed knowlegable and seemed to care, what more could you ask for.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They return calls usually the same day and respond quickly through the portal as well. They explain the reason if they need to reschedule your appointment. The doctors are wonderful. They listen to me and talk to me. They make sure that I understand what is going on medical with me and ask questions to make sure I understand. They take the time to call my children to explain and answer questions that they may have. After years of having balance and seeing many doctors and having tests over and over, they diagnosed me within days and recommended the treatment I needed. I’m now on my way to living a better life and getting the treatment I need to achieve that.

I appreciate having access to Dr. Hanel and his associates at the Beaches Hospital complex on a regular basis. Senior citizens don't like to navigate the San Marco traffic maze.
