I was terrified when I was looking for neurosurgeon for my husband. I called Lyverley and spoke with Megan. She was so kind and helped through the process of getting an appointment with Dr. Nima. Dr. Nima was kind yet gave us all the information that we needed. The front desk staff was also amazing. Hannah took time to help my husband with his my c hart.

I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Hanel in a timely manner. He spent a generous amount of time with me and thoroughly explained my condition and options in a compassionate and professional manner. This, all done, while he was on call and running behind schedule due to an emergent procedure.

Extremely supportive care, friendly and professional. Holly, Ryan and Dr Hanel took adequate time and really listened. I have a serious condition just diagnosed and was able to get this appointment quickly.
