Everyone was polite and professional. The offices were clean and orderly. There was no wait as we had arrived on time. Dr. Hanel was so patient and kind when speaking to us about my husband's condition. He explained things clearly and exuded confidence and concern. I received excellent and timely care, delivered with compassion - cannot say enough about everyone I have connected with! Dr Nima was so kind and patient,had my husband he kept my husband informed about all that was happening; in addition, my son-in-law is a spine surgeon in NY and Dr. Nima had my husband get him on the phone and he spoke directly with him to explain my condition and update him on my progress.
I feel fortunate to have such a talented, professional team available to me for medical needs - cannot say enough positive about the experience.
