I think very highly of the Lyerly group at Baptist South. The staff is friendly and very supportive. I Dr. Sauvageau is amazing. He sets me at ease and explains everything so clearly. I would definitely recommend the practice to a family member or friend.

Everyone was very good explaining what I can expect to happen while going through the care plan they have decided for my condition, but also allowed me to have input in the plan. I appreciated that. I also liked how upfront everyone was while explaining my condition. They didn't sugarcoat anything, which i appreciate, but didn't make things seem hopeless either. They made me feel like part of a team that is going to fight this horrible disease.

Yesterday was my first visit. I was nervous but when I walked in the receptionist smiled and I immediately felt better. I didn’t have to wait long before my name was called. I met Rosie and Kim and by the time I left, I felt like they were my friends. I enjoyed talking to them. Then I met Dr. Hanel and knew immediately that I was going to really like him. He answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. He told me that I needed to have an MRI. I immediately said no. He was so patient with me and helped me realize that he only wanted what was best for me. I have an MRI scheduled and wouldn’t have but I trust Dr. Hanel and am so thankful for him.
