Dr. Zaiden is a wonderful and caring doctor. All of the staff are great at Reedy Branch.

The entire office staff are all kind and courteous. They greet you as you enter and they say “ goodbye “ when you leave. I like that. They care about the people that come in and out. I don’t need to wait that long either to be seen.

I love the entire staff at Dr. Zaiden's office! Every person genuinely cares. From the moment I enter and sign in to see the Doctor, we are warmly greeted by name. That immediate personal touch is something I've not experienced at other doctor's offices. Then, Dr. Zaiden's nurse, Kaley, is amazing! Always sets me at ease if I'm a little anxious. And, also a shoutout to Crystal, the best Phlebotomist! I highly recommend Dr. Zaiden for your medical care.

The people are friendly and professional. The NP Suzanne Chestnut took her time with me and listened to me and was empathetic. She also explained to me her diagnosis and her recommended treatment and gave me options for follow up. I also liked the fact that I was able to see a medical practitioner pretty quickly and didn’t have to wait days or weeks for an appointment. I also like the location since it’s convenient to my location and my pharmacy is nearby as well. Overall I had an excellent first impression.
