The office is well kept, and the staff is professional and courteous, but my doctor (Julianni Zaiden) is outstanding-her bedside manner is out of this world.

In a word or two…the staff!
This was my first visit as a patient. I have been bringing my 94 year-old mother to see Dr Zaiden for a little over two years. She has been a dream to work with. She is personable and very patient with my mother, so I have asked her to be my PCP.
Wendy and Susie are awesome too. Susie spent a lot of time helping clean up the data in my records to make sure they are correct. She clarified a number of the historical diagnoses in my file and confirmed my medication purposes…verifying my suspicions about the inadequate communication skills of my former cardiologist.
I look forward to my follow up visit with Dr Zaiden.

Dr. Zaiden is wonderful. She is the best physician I have had in a very long time. She is extremely knowledgeable on many levels, and I have learned a lot from her, including information about the medications that I have been taking and has changed some of them for the better. In addition to being thorough, she is a caring and lovely person.

I have been with Baptist Primary Care for several years and have been happy with everyone who works there and both doctors I have been affiliated with and the PA's who have been very helpful as well. I am going nowhere except Baptist Primary Care.

1. Office staff - always friendly, professional, helpful
2. Phlebotomist Crystal is great at her job - as a health professional and patient I truly appreciate how much this means.
3. Kaley is great as well - works well with patients - she and Dr. Zaiden are a great team.
4. Dr. Zaiden is exactly what I look for in a primary care provider: knowledgable, professional, talks to me on my level. She and Kaley are very responsive to messages any time I have a question, need a refill etc.

We go there because of Dr. Zaiden. She has been our primary physician for almost twenty years. She’s kind, personable and has good bedside manner. She’s not just our doctor, she’s family to us. So, for as long as she works there, my family will continue to go to the Reedy branch office.
