The quiet peaceful atmosphere. Staff are all friendly and accommodating and foremost you do not feel you are judged at a number being pushed through. Dr. Zaiden takes her time with you giving you her complete attention rather than rushing you off and move on to the next patient.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, Dr Zaiden and staff are excellent. Never a problem scheduling an appointment. Easy to leave messages on the portal and they are very responsive. No long wait times when arriving for appointments.

First, and foremost, the staff. Always welcoming. They don’t close for lunch! The office is clean. Easy to get to, good parking. Proximal to other errands. And on time!

Appointments were running right on time! I actually loved the PCP Dr. Zaiden! She listened to all my concerns about anything and everything. I haven’t had a PCP since I was a teenager . It was very comfortable and easy to talk to, she even addressed somewhat of a controversial issue for some one my age. Her perspective, was as long as I 100% understood what I was asking for, She would go with it. I highly recommend her! Very respectful, kind, and understanding. All the staff was fantastic!

Your front desk staff is very friendly. Yor lab staff (I only know of one) is very friendly. Dr. Zaiden is very personable and knowledgeable. I like the convenience of getting my blood drawn there at the office.

People are professional and take time to explain. Lab is best in area with caring lab technicians who make the blood draw painless and stressless. Dr. Zaiden is engaging, explains lab results specific to my health as well as listens to my preferences/habits in maintaining healthy lifestyle. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable in answering any questions I have. I never had a visit to lab or doctor so easy and caring.
