Your front desk staff is very friendly. Yor lab staff (I only know of one) is very friendly. Dr. Zaiden is very personable and knowledgeable. I like the convenience of getting my blood drawn there at the office.

People are professional and take time to explain. Lab is best in area with caring lab technicians who make the blood draw painless and stressless. Dr. Zaiden is engaging, explains lab results specific to my health as well as listens to my preferences/habits in maintaining healthy lifestyle. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable in answering any questions I have. I never had a visit to lab or doctor so easy and caring.

I’ve lived in Florida for fourteen years, eleven in Palm Coast and three in Jacksonville. I was not happy with my caregiver in Palm Coast and was looking for a new doctor. Last year I visited Dr. Zaiden at Baptist Health. I finally, after so many years, found a doctor I completely trust and respect. She is knowledgable, thorough and caring. She takes the time to go over my chart during my visits and I never feel rushed. I also like the ability to reach out to her or the staff through the patient portal. I can view test results as soon as they are available and can leave feedback or ask questions. The office staff is welcoming and efficient and the office is very clean.
