In a word or two…the staff! This was my first visit as a patient. I have been bringing my 94 year-old mother to see Dr Zaiden for a little over two years. She has been a dream to work with. She is personable and very patient with my mother, so I have asked her to be my PCP. Wendy and Susie are awesome too. Susie spent a lot of time helping clean up the data in my records to make sure they are correct. She clarified a number of the historical diagnoses in my file and confirmed my medication purposes…verifying my suspicions about the inadequate communication skills of my former cardiologist. I look forward to my follow up visit with Dr Zaiden.

Dr. Zaiden is wonderful. She is the best physician I have had in a very long time. She is extremely knowledgeable on many levels, and I have learned a lot from her, including information about the medications that I have been taking and has changed some of them for the better. In addition to being thorough, she is a caring and lovely person.

I have been with Baptist Primary Care for several years and have been happy with everyone who works there and both doctors I have been affiliated with and the PA's who have been very helpful as well. I am going nowhere except Baptist Primary Care.

1. Office staff - always friendly, professional, helpful 2. Phlebotomist Crystal is great at her job - as a health professional and patient I truly appreciate how much this means. 3. Kaley is great as well - works well with patients - she and Dr. Zaiden are a great team. 4. Dr. Zaiden is exactly what I look for in a primary care provider: knowledgable, professional, talks to me on my level. She and Kaley are very responsive to messages any time I have a question, need a refill etc. Great operation overall!
