I enjoy the professional approach and person care of all of the supporting staff members that assist a great and wonderful Doctor that shows genuine care and overall successful diagnosis treatment and detailed treatment of myself and my wife. For almost 10 yrs we have enjoyed being under Dr. Zaiden's care.

The staff is great. They are all very nice and seem to care. The lab tech is great. You hardly feel the needle and she tried to do it as quickly as possible. And I love my Dr. She is very detailed when going through a physical. She is not pushy but will be somewhat stern about certain things she feels you may need and why. If I have a concern, she really listens and recommends the next approach.

Dr. Zaiden and her staff are exceptional. I really feel like a partner in my health care. The staff is friendly and professional and I rarely have to wait very long to be seen. Dr Zaiden takes the time to listen and discuss her recommendations for my care. My wife and I are both patients of Dr Zaiden and we have told several of our friends about the quality of care at the Baptist Point Meadows office.
