Doctor Gupta listened to my concerns and what I was looking for in a primary care physician and let me know her expectations and what she could do for me. It was very refreshing for a doctor explain to me why things are done on in a certain way and it helped me to understand what is needed from me. I look forwarded for Doctor Gupta being my primary care physician going forward.

The office staff and medical personnel at the Reedy Branch location is top tier! Kim is the kindest soul, whether on the phone or in person. You can tell she really loves her job and truly cares about every person she meets. I appreciate the way she really listens and understands! Dee is the best nurse! She has a wonderful personality and takes great care with her patients. Dr. Gupta is an excellent physician and I am very pleased with the care she provides. She truly has her patients best interest at heart and it shows!

Everyone is there to make sure you get the best personal care. Friendly, helpful and caring. My last appointment with Dr Gupta was for stroke after care. Dr took her time with me, making sure my medications were correct and that I was doing better. We are very happy with Dr Gupta and her staff. Office location is very convenient!

I love the professionalism of the staff. They are courteous, friendly, prompt and always present with a caring and positive attitude. They connect well with the patients. I love the engagement activities that the staff does and the decorating especially the ZEN DEN idea! Everyone there is very nice however I'd like to send special recognition to Kim(front desk) and Dee.

I have always loved this office. They always are very caring and accommodating. I was able to get my flu shot, labs and visit in one day. Dr. Gupta was so sweet, knowledgeable and wonderful. I am so happy this office takes such good care of me!

Always clean , staff very pleasant, usually in and out , always willing to help with anything needed. Send reminders about your appointment and easy to b able to make appointments! Dee is very nice and helpful and always smiling makes it refreshing visit!
