My only complaint is one that I have with 90% of my care providers. There is too long of a waiting period between the appointed time of the appointment and when I actually see my doctor!

I see Dr Skidmore for orthopedic problems. He is NOT my regular doctor. I am seeing him now for a worker comp issue that needs to be addressed. I greatly respect this doctor.

I fell and broke my hand while out of the country. Dr Nurbai saw me as soon as I returned. He did an x-ray, made a diagnosis, and gave me a plan of care that I agreed with.

On my last visit I was not seen by my provider. I was told I would have to reschedule my appointment for November 6th because they had a new computer system and everything didn't get transferred like it should have or whatever and I could not get the treatment that I was there for. Which was to drain some fluid off my knee and to get a cortisone shot in my knee. So I did not see a provider that day I did not receive a phone call to let me know that they would not be able to give me the treatment that I was there for. I was not informed of this until I had been sitting there waiting for a half hour.
