My appt was at 1:00 and I was told it would only take 20 minutes since I myself had patients scheduled at 1:30 and 2:00. Everyone was very nice but no one explained to me why I kept getting moved to different waiting areas and my MRI didn’t START until 2:00 so I had to cancel my 2 Phoebe patients after they were already there:( it needs to be more organized and better communication.

I didn't see Dr. Skidmore. I saw Chauncey Keith,the NP/PA. Chauncey was great, although he never gave me the results from my xrays, he just scheduled an MRI w/ arthrogram, but that part was done in a timely manner. BUT having to wait 2-3 weeks for surgery is unacceptable when I'm in pain and have to work in pain. It should NEVER take that long, whether it's waiting for PHOEBE'S INSURANCE TO APPROVE THE SURGERY OR DR SKIDMORE'S SCHEDULE TO HAVE AN EARLIER AVAILABLE SURGERY TIME. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!
