On my last visit I was not seen by my provider. I was told I would have to reschedule my appointment for November 6th because they had a new computer system and everything didn't get transferred like it should have or whatever and I could not get the treatment that I was there for. Which was to drain some fluid off my knee and to get a cortisone shot in my knee. So I did not see a provider that day I did not receive a phone call to let me know that they would not be able to give me the treatment that I was there for. I was not informed of this until I had been sitting there waiting for a half hour.

I've never had a problem being a patient at Phoebe, or receiving services such as testing. The facility always seems clean and neat to me. The personnel always seem to be polite and eager to be of help.

I appreciate the fact that I was able to get an appt. so quickly for the MRI after seeing Dr. Knopfler who diagnosed that I tore my left Achilles tendon. Everyone was so professional and made my appt. drama-free.
