I was so impressed that Nancy Phillips reviewed all the reports sent for UF Health image and basically recapped my diagnosis. She then asked me additional questions and any other details I wanted to add. She was great in explaining the next steps so I could understand the process, especially because I have a prior cancer history with Breast cancer, leukemia and a bone marrow transplant.

Extremely friendly and professional staff from check in all the way to my actual appointment. My husband and I were actually walked to our appointment with the Surgical Oncologist. Shannan Weaver is amazing..so personable, friendly and professional...she was so honest when discussing me being at high risk for breast cancer. i learned alot from Shannan!

I was nervous meeting a Breast Cancer Risk NP. But the whole process was comforting, from a welcome when I walked in to my register Yolanda whose upbeat comments and kindness walked me essentially to the door. Shannan Weaver took the the time to talk with me and come up with a plan to stay abreast (pun intended) of my particular situation.

Every single lady in the receptions Areas greeted me and said good night. I so appreciate the kindness of their smiles and that was station 1 and 2. The young lady taking my BP wct was so incredibly friendly sweet and a very positive air continued right from reception area, Angela Mays was so thoughtful and compassionate in her health guidance and answered every question with detail and thoughtful responses.

I like everything about my care. First, upon reporting my health concern, I quickly received an appointment. The desk and medical check-in / check-out staff were great. Pleasant and professional. APRN Angela Mays, who is very knowledgeable and meticulous carefully listened to my concerns and addressed each concern in detail, implementing a treatment plan. Thank you for the great care.

I am very impressed with Dr. Janfaza and the care team. Dr. Janfaza is friendly, experienced, confident, caring, and a very good communicator! She explained my diagnosis and pathology results where we could understand and extent of my cancer and upcoming surgery. She explained the pathology results and help me understand the details of my margins that still have cancer cells. She is very professional and at the same time she makes you feel comfortable and approachable with your questions and concerns.
Everyone, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and caring and your staff smiles! Facility is clean and well taken care of. Also prompt with appointments and services and efficient and proactive for future surgery needs, labs done immediately, MRI scheduled while still on site! I’m impressed with BMDA Cancer Center staff and services! Thank you!
