We love Dr Gulzar! As first time parents, he helped ease our fears. He always takes the time to answer our questions. Everyone at the office is super friendly and I love how they put newborns in rooms after checking in instead of having us wait in the waiting room. Couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician!

I just love the staff over at Smith Street, they are always so welcoming and friendly. I love that they know us as soon as we walk in, I love how important they make us feel, and my son just loves the sticker at the end of every appointment. They make every experience truly special.

The staff at the Smith Street office is fantastic. Chelsea, is sweet and all the MAs are kind. I love there is a nurse I can call 24hrs.

Love that the nurse line always gets back to me promptly and that same day appointments are always offered...even if it's not really an illness/emergency on my part. My son is now 18 & doesn't want to go to an adult doctor because he is comfortable with the entire staff. He loves Dr. Sauer!

The doctors, nurses, and professional staff make the effort to know my child and make him feel special. I have been taking my child to this location since shortly after his birth. The nurses, doctors, and office staff are friendly and make the experience pleasant for us as a family.

I think Mekal is an excellent provider. He listens to his patients and has patience while the kids try to articulate and verbalize what is going on with them. He is smart, he thinks of all possible avenues based on the kids concerns and parents. He puts his patients first and I can’t say enough how much he listens, genuinely listens. You don’t find that anymore with providers. Very lucky to have him in your offices.

The office staff is always extremely friendly and supportive! Every pediatrician provider has seen my son at some point, and they have all provided great care!
My son pediatrician is Dr. Bedard is an amazing physician! He listens, is informed, and genuinely cares about his patients. He prioritizes his patients and is excellent at following up.

Staff is always kind and professional, I especially appreciated how they handled us with care and compassion when we had our newborn and had a million questions. The rooms are always clean. And they really take time with you during appointments. We see Dr Gulzar and he’s always been great.

Chelsea at the front desk is always wearing a smile and on her A-game! She is always patient and kind to everyone and especially children with exceptionalities. She goes above and beyond to make all members of our family to feel comfortable.
Dr. Gulzar is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He treats children with respect and makes an effort to get to know them. He respects and acknowledges that parents know their children. He listens to our concerns, provides us with detailed options, and always respects our decisions.

What do I not love about this place?! As a parent of two, my husband and I are so happy with this place. I love Dr. Sauer and the other physicians. They have very friendly and kind nurses as well as fantastic office staff. I so appreciate it when they see me coming with a large double stroller and run outside to open the door for me. What a special, welcoming, friendly friendly place. Any concerns I have are always taken seriously. Am never made to feel stupid and in fact, they have really empowered me as a new parent. Thank you!
