We love our doctor, and she spends lots of time with us, but we often have to wait upwards of an hour per visit, between the waiting room and exam room. It's very difficult with young kids who get tired and overwhelmed.

The staff and Dr Sauer is super nice and professional. They LISTEN! We can always get in for a sick appointment. We don't have to wait long for our appointment.

I Love the homey feel of the office, it's not your typical white walls, bright lights and minimalist feel. Its very comfortable and always decorated for the seasons! It's very easy to get scheduled whether it's routine or a sick visit and I Love how personable and relatable the staff is. We've almost always seen Judith and Dr. Sauer and they give the best care and attention to my daughter.

Dr. Sauer is always so amazing and comforting when I bring my kids in, I couldn't imagine bringing them to anyone else. And the nurse, Cortney, was great! She's made our visit so pleasant, one of the best in our 3 years of being patients

Every time we come in it is almost an hour past our appointment time before we actually see the doctor. While I do think the care we receive from the doctors is good I do not think it is acceptable to have us wait for so long to be seen. If my child were not so close to turning 18 we would look for another doctor but since she only has a few years left we will stay here and continue to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seen.

Office staff is nice. We saw Dr. Sauer for the first time and she is incredible! Super personable, great at explaining everything we needed to know and she listened to my concerns. I am so glad my boys were paired with her and I couldn't be more pleased with her level of professionalism. My only criticism is the office needs to get rid of the mandatory mask policy. It's time to move along. I've been to a surgeons office recently and none of the staff or physicians are still wearing masks.

A very at home feel to your office. Very honest and direct answers to questions, and I like that both the doctors and nurses share from their own experience with their children. No issues Scheduling.
