The friendliness of the providers

Been with orange park peds for more than 9yrs. Glad to have them taking care of my children.

How friendly everyone is. The communication is amazing and the urgency when my kids are sick.

It was friendly and efficient

Everyone was so kind. From the front office to the dr and the nurses. My kids usually hate going to the doctor but for this trip my youngest cried because she didn't want to leave. Even after getting 2 shots. They adored the dr and loved the nurse even more.

Professionalism, staff, and atmosphere.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The Drs are kind and informative.

Medical Assistant Erica R was Rude, Unprofessional and Unfriendly. As someone who works in healthcare and works for Baptist I was shocked at how she acted or didn't act. She did not introduce herself upon taking us to a room. She didn't inform my child what she was doing before swabbing my child's nose. She did not explain the procedure, and did not ask for consent before doing it. You are supposed to explain to the patient or the parent what you are about to do, NOT just start doing it. My child is a teen not a baby. My child was so confused upon the swab being near their face my child opened their mouth, because my child nor I was explained anything. You do not come into an exam room and immediately try to swab a person with no explanation. As a medical assistant you are supposed to verify allergies and current medications, which she did not do either. Erica was rude & unwelcoming. Almost like we were a bother to her for being there. W I asked about RSV testing, I was dismissed and given false information 'we only test babies because they are the ones with RSV'. Again as a healthcare professional myself babies are not the only ones that can get RSV. I do not want her to ever room my Child again.

Everything! My kids have been going to this office since they were born. The doctors have taken great care of them. . And im proud to say well done OP Pediatric.

We have been going to your office for 22 years since my older daughter was born in 2000 and you have been so good to us! Both of my daughter ' graduated' from little peoples doctor now. Really want thank you for everything . Especially Mariann and Dr. Sauer Maybe one day when my girls have babies we would visit you again.

Clean, friendly, and the staff is professional.
