As a young adult and a first time parent i never feel like they are ignoring my concerns. Everytime I come the young lady at the front desk always remembers me and it just feels nice. They are very quick (even when i'm late lol) and it just feels like they actually care about the patients. I drive over 30 minutes to come here, i love it 💓

There is rarely a longer than expected wait time after arriving and I the doctors not only listen, but take time to explain. We leave with understanding and feel a bit more educated.

Staff is friendly. Office is clean. Dr. Bevard and Dr. Wright are amazing- wonderful bedside manner. I never felt rushed and felt my questions were answered thoroughly. So glad my kids have amazing doctors with excellent staff!

The location is great and the office is clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, the nurses and doctors are professional and knowledgeable. They care about my children and their needs and they are always willing to listen and address any concerns I have. Both my children have been going here since they were born, my oldest is 11. I would highly recommend this offer!

It's easy to navigate the appointment from start to finish. Everyone is nice and professional. I have been using them for years for my kids and my mom took me there when I was young. I have never had a bad experience and thats 35 years worth of experiences.

I like everything about this office. Scheduling is very well managed, their social media is informative, our provider is attentive and awesome, wait time is under five minutes, and the entire staff is quick and efficient. Also, the facility is always clean and my kids love the decorations as well as the fish located in the waiting area.

We love the staff at Smith street! The ladies up front are always so welcoming and patient both in person and on the phone. Nurse Katie on the nurses line is such an angel! She has a calm voice, an abundance of knowledge and is so reassuring when we call for guidance about a sick baby. Nurse Mariah is so cheerful and sweet at every appointment. Doctor Wright has been so patient and supportive guiding is through the first year of parenthood. She takes ample time with us to make sure all questions are answered and is an active listener. We serious feel so blessed to have found this office to support our kids in their development.

Dr. Wright was very nice and attentive. She answered all our questions and even made time to speak with my teen privately. She listened and was very thorough, which is what I look for in a primary care physician.

Dr Wright is awesome! I'm new to the area and was so comforted by how she was with my boys, how she took the time to listen to what was going on with each of them and asked if I had anything else to ask. She was very thorough. It was easy to make the appointment and I didn't wait a long time for the boys to be seen.
