It was a very good experience. I was seen right away. Prescriptions were issued. Doing well.

I came to office with a very bad infected ear. It was very puffed up and was in terrible pain. The person at the desk took me right away and personally walked me to my room. An MA took my vitals and left and said Doctor would be right in. She sure didn’t lie. He came right in, addressed the problem. He gave me oral medication and an ear ointment. He showed me exactly where to go to get the medicine and helped me immensely. Picked up the medicine and my ear cleared up immediately. I was so happy with the whole process

Dr Smith’s bedside manner and the time he takes to explain everything is amazing would highly recommend him

I was so very happy with the RN that first took care of me, and then within a few minutes the Dr Wes was there to take care of my emergency. He was very helpful and I will only ask for his service.

The provider was great listened to what I explained and my [age] year old son. Interacted very well with my son and husband as they were both treated by Michael Howsen. Would highly recommend him

Dr. Howard was extremely kind and very thorough on his plan of care. He took the time to listen and explain in detail everything we needed to know and do after appointment. I was very impressed and appreciated his time and findings. Thank you Doc!

Howard and his staff are amazing. He is very thorough and clear on his treatment and plan of care. He did not rush out of the office he stayed in there and answered every question that I hadAnd not one time did he make me feel like I was taking up too much time. He was very clear on what to do later and who to follow up with and also offered us to follow up with him if we cannot get with our pediatrician. Thank you for everything.

Dr Howard was very rude and I will not go back to him. I saw him in a pinch because my regular provider was not available. He talked to me like a child and tried to make me feel guilty for coming in.
