I would highly recommend Lora, she was very friendly and helpful and I am so thankful that I went in to see her! I am getting better already.

I would recommend Urgent Care to anyone who needs it, and have. Very please with the respect and quickness they get me in and sent me on my way

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Lora was the most loving, kind, PA. I knew that I could share anything with her and she was listening and would prayerfully seek the best care for me. She took all the time I needed and did not rush me and she LISTENED to me of what was going on in my life. Should I have to return, I would very very much like Lora to take care of me or my dear husband.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was given inaccurate information about isolating/masking because I had tested positive for covid. I double-checked with her and the receptionist about what I was told: if I was without a fever for 24 hours, I didn't need to isolate or mask. I was told this is what the CDC is recommending. But I called my doctor the next day and learned this was not correct. So I'm isolating for 5 days and masking for 5 more days. Very disappointed in this visit

Urgent care was considerate and compassionate. They got Duffey in swiftly and offered answers and concern for Duffey's health issues. We would not hesitate to return to Urgent care when the needs arise.

I received the care I needed when I needed it and have confidence that it will be the same in the future. Now I am looking that same respo0nse from the medications that have been subscribed. Three more days to go. Thanks Lora Benjamin and staff.
