Michael was very professional and he listened to my concerns. He diagnosed my issue and was totally correct!!! But he also informed me if in a few days I was not improving to come back and what days he was working!! I also want to mention the nurse who checked me in and took my vitals was amazing (I feel bad because I do not remember her name)!!!

It took a long time to be seen. They said Zmondays are usually the busiest.

I had a sinus infection that had progressed to a fever. I was prescribed Augmentin. In 12 hours I felt 75% better. I continued with OTC pain relief and anti histamine . I have completely recovered.

They got me in right away and addressed my problem. They x-rayed my knee, nothing out of place, and Received a referral for sports medicine but I’m wondering if an MRI would have been the next best step. But my knee is much better. Only a sore spot left side of my knee remains. So we will see if it improves before my next appointment.

Considerate to how bad I felt. And urged me to go to ED. Caring and easy to talk to.

Everyone was extremely pleasant and kind. I was seen immediately and the nurse went over the medicines I take and listened to my concerns. She was very nice! Michael Howson PA listened to me describe my symptoms, checked on a test that was ordered, explained what I had and ordered a prescription. He went over my drug allergies before ordering the prescription. He was extremely kind and told me to come in immediately if my symptoms did not improve or became worse in the next few days.

Nice guy but he never even checked me out physically. I came in with a positive test for Covid and he didn’t even listen to my lungs let alone anything else. My recent dealings with my Michigan health care has been very disappointing.
